Then they run out of the product I ordered and make a compromise by shipping me half of what I ordered plus some dinky freebees. They refunded half of my PayPal order. (Now a month since my original online purchase...) When the order finally made it to my door... it was STILL wrong. When I called the owner just now... his response was "I don't know what you want me to do man." Costumer service is not this guy's cup of tea. If he were smart, he would have simply refunded my entire purchase (a whopping $15) apologized, and called it a lesson learned. Nope. Instead he wants negative feedback on Google, Yelp, and eBay. Good luck with that business strategy sir.

It's definitely the kind of place that would be hit or miss. Some weeks the selection might be amazing, some weeks you might come away with nothing. I took it back in to William. The guy I bought it from within 24 hours showed him the broken I don't need a replacement. I don't need my money back. You can just give me another lid with a handle sorry no lid no refund no nothing. All sales are final! Really are you serious? I disputed it with my credit card, but I shouldn't have to piss poor service guys.
