I took it back in to William. The guy I bought it from within 24 hours showed him the broken I don't need a replacement. I don't need my money back. You can just give me another lid with a handle sorry no lid no refund no nothing. All sales are final! Really are you serious? I disputed it with my credit card, but I shouldn't have to piss poor service guys.
