Was told by Rally respondent that I needed a tracking order for the item sent back in order to get a refund; there was nothing, NOTHING, in the instructions that said I needed to keep the tracking receipt. To bad, according to the Rally respondent, you loose. Follow the instructions written on their website and YOU LOOSE. I will NEVER order from them again.
