It didn't please him. Who does this guy think he is Anton Ego? He no joke undervalued a perfectly acceptable home by over $30,000. NO comparable home presently sells (trend) for what he stated it's worth, unless it's next to a land mine and is in the middle of foreclosure. All parties involved are literally shocked. How do we get our $500 back and reverse this offensive damage to the loan and purchase process? How does he sill have a license? The county and local sites list it at $451K but Mohan from Well Done Appraisals listed it at $420K! He never took any measurements and was almost 100 square feet off the true size of the home. He listed a short sale of the exact same floor plan as our home as one of the comparables but got their square footage correct and ours wrong and listed theirs at $233 a sf but ours at $175 for the exact same home! Looks as if he likes to pull these figures out of thin air!!
