Lindy was the specialist who helped us quite a bit. She cleaned the hearing aids, tested my mothers hearing (which is done annually), instructed us on how to best insert the hearing aid, and gave us some really good tips and recommendations. She really knows what she is doing and we totally appreciated her efforts. Access to this location is very simple, with lots of parking spots close to the facility.

This is the only business that was open other than the Tim Hortons, and was told by the police officers that a business owner called because I was being " suspicious". I was sitting in my car enjoying my coffee using free Wi-Fi in a public place. As I write this review they are staring at me through the window. If this is the way they treat patrons of businesses of a plaza that they are located at, God help the other businesses.

Initial costs are equivalent but the projected fees (after warranty periods expire) are less costly. Just as important, my opinion, the professional staff has been more responsive to my questions about equipment maintenance (the first place I went to told me not to worry about it, "just come here" and they "would do it for me!! I've also found it much easier to get appointments here. The office staff are great, and sometimes I've even gotten help just on a walk in basis.

Mom bought first set here but did not buy second set here. Top of the line hearing aids quoted for $8000 with a chance to try, but for $300. Tried another clinic on the west end, top of the line aids for $2500 less and no charge to try for a week. I cannot emphasize enough how ludicrous it is to sell a pair of hearing aids for $8000. A completely different experience. Please please price shop as they are not offering anything more than other audiologists, just extremely high prices. Clinic does not have a small business feel anymore. Incredible staff turnover over the years, which impacts how a patient is cared for. High prices, average service.
