I heard the commercial for My Hearing Centers on KUER and that the first 100 people to call in and set an appointment, would be entered into a drawing for a free set of hearing aids. I knew I was loosing my hearing. I set the appointment and saw Doug in Ogden, he was great! I got to try out the hearing aids and when he took them off after about 1/2 hour of hearing everything, I was so disappointed because I couldn't afford them because of other medical issues that needed to be paid for first. However, to my surprise, a couple of months later, Doug called me and I had won the free set of hearing aids. I cried, I couldn't believe that I would be able to hear. I went back and saw Doug, he fit me for my hearing aids and I came out of the building hearing sounds I had not heard for a long time. Thank you My Hearing Centers for the wonderful gift of hearing and thank you for allowing me to have them for no cost, all because you do keep your word that the first 100 will be entered into a drawing. Outside of hearing better, I don't notice I have them in. They are no fuss and connect to my iphone! The staff are so kind and easy to work with, they understand my schedule needs and are able to accommodate me as I am also a medical provider. The care I receive here is fantastic. This urgent care is an absolute joke. I called the number listed on the website and they told me to…read moreregister online. The wait time was 2 and a half hours. The lady on the phone told me just to wait at home and go 15-20 minutes before the end of my wait time. The website updated properly and even sent me a text saying that I was next in line. I arrived 2 hours later within the 20 minute window. When I got there they told me it would be another 2 hour wait and that I should have just come in and got in line. That is not ok. I would have gone to the office two hours earlier and waited there instead of at home. My schedule did not allow me another 2 hours of waiting. So I was forced to go home and self medicate with expired antibiotics. This is why antibiotic resistance is so high! People have no choice!! Ogden clinic is trash. Don't go there!
