This urgent care is an absolute joke. I called the number listed on the website and they told me to register online. The wait time was 2 and a half hours. The lady on the phone told me just to wait at home and go 15-20 minutes before the end of my wait time. The website updated properly and even sent me a text saying that I was next in line. I arrived 2 hours later within the 20 minute window. When I got there they told me it would be another 2 hour wait and that I should have just come in and got in line. That is not ok. I would have gone to the office two hours earlier and waited there instead of at home. My schedule did not allow me another 2 hours of waiting. So I was forced to go home and self medicate with expired antibiotics. This is why antibiotic resistance is so high! People have no choice!! Ogden clinic is trash. Don't go there! read more

The Ogden canyon site is not good. Terrible experience. No blood work or xray. Diagnosed with pneumonia gave an antibiotic. 10 days later went back saw another Dr. He did exrays and blood work. Same diagnosis, he told me the antibiotic was had been give by the first Dr isnt for pneumonia. He gave me a different abtibiotic. 2 days later ambulane ride to hosp. Best Doctor ever!! Dr. Hagemeyer is my go to for me and my boys he's understanding and knowledgeable he takes time to explain what's going on. I had almost died a year earlier of pneumonia because of not having a primary care doctor and me not wanting to go to a doctor. I started going to Dr. Hagemeyer when I got out of the hospital he made sure he seen me every month just to check up on how I was doing it made me feel secure. I rave about him all the time. My friends and other family members have started seeing him now and they tell me how much they love going to see him too. I've never had a bad experience with his staff or medical assistants they have been amazing. And when they say they will call you back they really do call you back. read more

Went to be seen for pneumonia. The doctor Nathan Brown came in with a test from two years ago, saying that I had strep. I was never swabbed and definitely didn't have strep, because the test that he had in his hand was from two years ago which he and his staff failed to notice before they came in to falsely diagnose me with strep. He was very confused as to why his nurses gave it to him. Overall, Dr. Brown's behavior was unprofessional. read more

Dr. Brown did not communicate with me about my health I have not talked to anybody on the phone about my blood panel yet they literally left me a voicemail five days after and I immediately called back and they told me my levels are fine. They're not. I was able to find them on the online portal and I am pre-diabetic at 117 the day of the doctor visit. My friend is diabetic so she told me to get a glucose meter the day after and it was up to 160 So I cut back for the next three days and got it down to the reference range the panel said abnormal vitamin D Not once did Dr. Brown discussed with me if I was taking supplements already I've been taking supplements the same one that was described to me so he's wasting time. Hopefully, my kidneys and liver are not Failing, he doesn't even care if I'm still dizzy or not they do not want to get back to you. They do not care about their Patients he didn't call me and tell me that he was going to give me a subscription for vitamin D supplements and then I would've been able to tell him that. Hey I've been taking those same ones then he would've known that there's something else wrong with me instead of just assuming they lie about their blood panels and don't take it serious for the patient. They try to put Band-Aids on stuff. I'm going to have to go get a second opinion now about my prediabetes and something to do with my vitamin D and my liver and kidneys. If a patient comes in, I guess he doesn't care about their health that they're dizzy and get back to them on their progress and their symptoms. And misdiagnose people This is malpractice. read more

I made an appointment to get my annual physical with Dr. Hagemeyer. His office scheduled me to get lab work done in the clinic a few days before the appointment. When I checked in for lab work I stated it was for my annual physical and a few days later when I checked in for the appointment I said I was there for my annual physical. When I got into the exam room they did the standard checks of blood pressure, etc. and I was asked if I needed any prescriptions filled or had anything that was bothering me. I said that I had a prescription that ran out that was prescribed previously for my toe and should I get it refilled? He asked to look at my toe then told me "no". I told him I thought I may have a deviated septum in my nose, and he told me he would make a referral to a ENT specialist. Then I got a bill for both the lab work and office visit for over $200. My annual physicals are covered 100% by insurance but Hagemeyers office claimsed that since he looked at my toe and made an ENT referral it wasn't an annual physical. I actually do not need an ENT referral since my insurance allows me to make those appointments directly. They never explained how blood lab tests related to looking at my toe or making an ENT referral, but even that was not charged to my annual physical. When I talked to billing and to Hagemeyer's office they not only would not admit to the mistake and rebill it as a physical, but began to raise their voices, talk over me, and were extremely rude about it. Their inability to bill correctly or at least warn you that answering their questions during a physical would change their billing; nor their unwillingness to correct their mistake or even discuss the issue rationally is something I have never experienced before at a medical clinic where you expect professionalism. I recommend Ogden Clinic specialist offices that have been fantastic. Dr. Hagemeyer's office I do not recommend. read more

I had my father in law dying on life support in Boise Idaho and we had just got back from the 4 and a half hour drive they called me about a bill (first time they called me as a matter of fact) I told the girl politely that I couldn't talk and why I couldn't well my father in law passed Saturday and we were back up there Friday and came back today Tuesday I check my mail and low and behold a letter from Ogden clinic saying I had to pay my bill in 10 days or none of my family will ever be seen there well ok they want to stoop that low only one doctor in that business is decent all the others don't care they just give you meds to bandage the problem not fix it nor do they care to find out what's wrong they are pathetic stay away read more

I had to come to the Ogden Clinic due to a crash on Powder Mountain. I was seen by Dr. Shelby Holmes, and Nurse Jaron who made the experience awesome. The pain of a sprained ankle and knee became minor due to there wonderful care. I don't wish an injury on anyone, but if you may have one don't hesitate to come to Ogden Clinic. read more

This is the second time we have been here, and it's because my wife had flu like symptoms . This place is listed as an urgent care on their website and on their sign, but when we came in she told us that there was only one doctor in and that we would have to come back in a few hours and schedule an appointment. You would think an urgent care would be able to provide care urgently but according to the receptionist that's just a sign they put all their clinics. Although the doctor we met with this time was more considerate and easier to work with (that's the second star). The first time we came here was to establish care when we first moved to Ogden a few months ago and the doctor tried to get me on a newer medication for ADD and switched my wife's current medication to a newer drug as well, the medications made things worse and the doses were way to high for our bodies to get used to; we later found out that the new drugs offered promotions to doctors that prescribed them to new patients. Also this doctor just tried to get us out of the office as soon as possible without addressing everything. read more

This place has gone down hill and fast. I will tell you I've been a patient since the early 1990's. Back when they had doctors that cared. Now they hire these PA that think they are MD's, they are not. Can't even fill out paperwork properly and then on top charge you $25 just for filling out a piece of paper so a person can get oxygen, which I did not get because Michael Browne cannot fill out paperwork. Let alone help someone breathe. I only went to him because my primary left the clinic because it was not a healthy environment for doctors to work at. So I now go to a doctor that runs his own practice so that the politics cannot take away from quality care. The person is more important then the money. Time is more important then seeing how many patients you can get in and out in a day. That is the kind of quality I deserve and so does everyone else. Shame on you Ogden Clinic. read more

I really love my Dr and his staff but the Ogden Clinic is a greedy for profit company that will refuse you care even if you have insurance and have supported their clinic for several years. I could not pay a $30 CoPay and they refused to bill me. The clinic had no one of management authority that I could speak to. They gave me the business card of Travis Mitchell the clinics practices administrator who I spoke to a year ago when I was having a financial hardship due to my disability. He assured me that they were very sorry at that time and to contact him if it ever happened again. Well today was that day. I am in intense chronic pain and have no car. I had to ride 2 buses and sit out in 25 degree weather to get to my scheduled 8:20 appointment. It was a total waste of time since Travis Mitchell totally blew me off and did not return any of my several calls today. Don't waste your time with this clinic the administrators have Zero empathy for you and unless you pay on demand you will be SOL.... I will by switching my future care over to McKay-Dee Intermountain Health Care Hospital as they have Never refused to care for me even if I needed them to bill me for my copay. Called in at 2 pm. Haven't slept in two days because of nasty cough. Whoever, answered the phone said they would a message with the PA. Never received a call. Called back at 5pm. Another receptionist said they would make it a priority. No call. Called back at 7:30 and they said my PA haven't even been in, and that I could have came in to see his fill in, but it was too late. This will be be my third night of no sleep, and I have to work. Wish the shoe was on the other foot. Regretting this move to this clinic. They suck. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will never EVER deal with their terrible billing services ever again. They nickel and dime you for every single thing and make it impossible to keep up in paying bills because they are all sent to you separately so you don't even know what you're paying for. I am disgusted with the lack of knowledge or empathy that anyone their has for their patients. I had an outstanding balance owed less than 1k and they wouldn't let me come back. The service provided at this clinic is as good as any. I never really go to the doctor unless I absolutely have to and do not have a regular care physician. The reason for the low review is the freaking television is blaring in the waiting room with some stupid morning show with annoying hosts and loud commercials. I absolutely hate TV. I don't own one for a reason. Everything is moronic and I can't hear myself think with the idiot box on. The clerk forgot to give the password to the I.T. guy to open the release document. Still, no action. Today is 9th day. Finally made connection with a real pro and she will send the record. Eleven-year-old granddaughter had a minor wrist injury from skiing. Wanted to get it checked out before heading home, this Clinic was recommended by our concierge. I come in about 4:35pm my daughter is in pain for a infection which formed from an ingrown toe nail I am told "I am early by 25 there is one other ahead of me urgent care doesn't open until 5 pm i would be checked in and ready to go about that time" 5:15 comes we are taken to a patient room my daughter has her vitals taken the nurse has came to see her and tell us the doctor will be right in 540 comes and I'm already late picking up my husband I realized I would be late but shouldn't I have been seen? no doctor we decided to let the receptionist know be my husband is waiting and we would come back in later when we open the door the doctor is happy as can be just as we heard him through the door exchanging war stories with his assistance ! Lovely we leave we get back about 550pm tell me why 7 pm is now here and I'm asking the front receptionist how much longer she says she will go check herself that took a good 5 min she returns to escort us to a procedure room and tell us someone will be in to the job the nurse already had done hole waiting the first time so my whole family is now waiting again and while this is happening we hear an even better conversation! the nurse her has goodies to take her sick WITH COVID CHILD HOME AND NO THE KID HAS TO WAIT HOME FOR HER BECAUSE SHE IS ON QUARANTINE NOW WHY ISNT MOMMY QUARANTINED ALSO?? hummm b are the hell outta me here it has take about 15 minutes to prepare this post I'm now still waiting and posting at 720 pm thank you canyon view!!! read more

I went for my annual "medicare wellness visit" yesterday. This was my first time there as my regular doctor had recently retired. Waited in the exam room for an hour after being left there by the nurse. During this time I overheard the doctor give instructions to only focus on one item/issue as they were behind. When my turn finally arrived, it was very short and watered down. I felt like if I'd blown up a balloon and survived it would have sufficed .Many of the usual exam procedures were not done. Blood pressure, Temp, listen to lungs/heart and abdomen, some standard lab work, and out the door you go. No inquires beyond that. I had concerns on several issues which were not addressed. I felt uncomfortable tying him down and making him listen to me as he was in such a rush and rather agitated. The idea behind a wellness visit is to evaluate,educate and get preventive info. Not even close yesterday. I'm looking into another health care provider as it wasn't happening there. read more

If there was an option to give this location 10 stars I would!! I had to go into the Urgent Care today for a number of different issues and there was no wait as they had plenty of staff members available to assist people. The facility is clean, spacious, and welcoming. I had the pleasure of being seen by Shelby Holmes, one of the Nurse Practitioners there and I cannot express enough how incredibly patient, kind, helpful, experienced, knowledgeable, and caring she was. The experience I had today at this urgent care changed the way I'm going to be judging other urgent care locations in the future if I'm not nearby this one and can't come to it, as I've never had such a hassle-free, convenient, and fast yet thorough urgent care visit. The other staff members were also exceptional- the guy who drew blood in the labs for me was also great at his job and had good information to answer my questions; the front desk women were very sweet and attentive; and the lady who initially took me back and recorded my weight, temp, etc. was too! I am so impressed & would recommend this urgent care to anybody! read more
