I've been through the VA system, I've also been to clinics and had multiple primary care doctors. I've never been treated so amazingly well. 90% of the doctors now days just put bandaids and shove pills down Your throat to "fix" the problems. DR. Morgan finds the root causes of the medical issues and finds alternative means to fix the problem. believe me I've been through the wringer with horrible medical professionals, and thank heavens I found DR. Morgan and his team. His staff is kind and respectful, they always return calls in a timely manner, you can send direct messages to your provider and they respond lightning fast. The person who gave a low review most likely Was mad this clinic doesn't just throw a bunch of medicine at him and send him on his way. Because they care about every patient. Thank you to DR. They remember both my husband and I by name, they help us when we have to bring our kids along, and they answer all of our questions without complaint (and let's be honest, I've had some pretty dumb ones). They aren't judgemental of your situation at all, which is hard to find in Utah. Their office is easy to locate, and is extremely clean and well decorated. It has a homey feel rather than a creepy hospital. They always make me feel validated, and like it's gonna be ok. Even when I'm super pregnant and miserable, I leave their office with a smile. I have beautiful, happy, healthy babies thanks to them! I will never change offices or my doctor! You can't find better! Oh. They also let me steal a bunch of mints when I'm nauseous. Which is like brownie points, but more minty.

Unfortunately, my IUD came out because of a very heavy period and using a menstrual cup, but WholeLife scheduled me for a replacement appointment right away at no extra cost. This is a warm office with kind, professional medical professionals. I am so glad I went here and I feel heard and healed.

She responded with the following message that suggests this MA does not have patience and she needs to fix her attitude (see attached screenshot). Also, it is very hard to reach this clinic. Sometimes I call several times throughout the day and it goes straight to voicemail (very frustrating). There is no menu where you can select the option to speak to appointment desk, MA, medical records, billing, etc. The problem is the receptionists handle all the incoming calls and they definitely need a phone menu to direct calls properly. If you need to speak to the MA about a medical issue, you have to speak to reception first to transfer and you can't always get a hold of someone in reception. UPDATE: I received a certified letter from the clinic (Dr Emily Rhodes) stating that I am fired as a patient (see attached letter). As a lgbtq patient, I am disheartened to be treated this way. This is retaliatory for speaking up and providing feedback for an obviously inappropriate response from a medical assistant. The certified letter inaccurately accused me of being disrespectful, while it is the medical assistant herself who is acting unprofessional. This clinic is overly aggressive and has dealt with my complaint by firing me. It is a shame for this clinic to be called lgbtq affirming and I encourage any patient especially LGBTQ and BIPOC to avoid this clinic like the plague.

He makes sure to connect with my toddler aged daughter on every visit and makes her feel so comfortable. He also never makes me feel rushed or ridiculous as I take him through my list of paranoid first time mom questions. I feel that he is very balanced and also respectful of my opinions. I admire his experience and expertise. We are expecting our second baby now and won't bat an eye an driving over an hour for double the appointments. Their nurses line is also great and I love that it's available 24/7. When my daughter was up in the middle of the night a few weeks ago with a sickness, it gave me great peace to be able to communicate with a professional. At this office, they are very reasonable and not alarmist, which is really important to me and I assume, any first time parent.
