Since Westside Medical was taken over by Tanner Clinic the level of service dropped like a rock. There are several doctors that are great. Christopher Brown and Mark Goodrich are the best. Today I spent over 90 minutes on the phone on hold. That is becoming more common as Tanner gets their tentacles into Westside. I am now looking for a new doctor so I don't have to go back to Westside. read more

On the first visit here the doctor decided to go home early for the day even though we had an appointment and hadn't been seen yet. We we're told another doctor would see us in a few minutes, then sat there for 3 hours before getting called back. We went in today for another appointment to discover that the appointment was never input on their calendar. They apologized for the mess up and said we would still be seen in a few minutes. Half an hour later we left without being seen because we didn't want to sit there for 3 hours again. Would not recommend this place and we will be looking for a new place who values their customers time. read more

If I could give this office minus 5 stars I would. My son is autistic and depends on medication. They don't answer The phone when I call for a refill. I have left message after message. They don't return calls. He has had the worst summer at home because he is always getting in trouble without his meds. It has been 2 weeks now and no reply from this office. Not from the nurse practitioner Danial heaps, nor the medical assistant, or the office lady who is rude an inappropriate in my opinion. I feel like this is very unprofessional and just down right rude. I'm waiting to get an appointment at another office but him being a new patient we have to wait for over a month. It's going to be a long month. If you or your child depend on medication do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

The doctors and nurses are top notch, but the billing practices are definitely not! Yearly exams are 100% paid for under insurance, yet they keep trying to find loop holes to make people pay. I would check every bill throughly!! I will definitely be switching to IHC!! read more

Started going here 2016 after doing my due diligence as an insured and verifying that they were in-network providers. Westside Medical FAILED to notify me that they lost their accreditation with our insurance after 2 months of being a patient. It took me several months to figure this out, I had just assumed they were behind in billing. Once I did I called and spoke to the manager and she said oh yes that did happen but they are now back with the insurance. As I have a chronic medical problem I was In the office 1-2 times per month, which all went to out of network deductible and no payment from insurance. Working with the billing department was a joke. I submitted EOB copies 3 times, which they already had these answers from the insurance company, for them to do a courtesy write off based on what insurance would have allowed. I still had to pay more than I would have had they been in network and my in-network deductible would have been met months prior had this not happened. As an established patient management should have notified me, I find this to be unethical business and billing practices. read more

I've been coming to Westside Medical for twenty plus years, I've enjoyed the staff and Doctors. Recently they were bought by Tanner Clinic and the service and professionalism has gone hell. The small town clinic that existed, has become corporate and unfriendly. I feel looked at a just a number and Dollar sign, rather than an individual. read more

Dr. Kolleen Marchand is excellent! She is compassionate yet efficient, and can determine difficult diagnoses.

Dr Dixon is great but the office staff is the worst you will ever find. They made a error when coding a visit from my daughter we have taken info into them and called multiple times and office manager will not return our calls. Tonight I called to get in to get my prescription refill and they refused to see me because they said there's a issue with billing. I explained we have called many times and can't get the office to return our calls. My insurance pays 100% by the way. I asked if i came into there clinic tonight if a dr could refill my prescription they told me they will not see me.. I said your refusing me health care? They said yes. I went here for my first time today and my doctor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I then went over to the pharmacy next door but forgot my pharmacy card. The staff there called around to all the nearby insurance places to see if they could find my information, and they did! It was incredibly helpful, especially when it's so easy to say "there's nothing we can do." I'm so glad I came here instead of going somewhere else. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. Ive never been in and out of there in under 2 hours. Multiple doctors are very rude there. Nearly impossible to get a call back in less than a few days on urgent matters. Not to mention the billing nightmares. read more

I had a family doctor for over 10 years and he took a job out of state so I found myself needing to find a new doctor .I was referred by a friend to Dr. Dresher at Westside medical. I also had some serious medical issues going on that no doctor would take the time to get to the bottom of. My very first appointment / visit with Dr. Dresher he was so proactive to treat me and figure out what was going on . he listened patiently to everything I had to say I didn't feel rushed nor ignored. He has a great bedside manner , personable, great sense of humor and genuinely cares for his patients. I was pretty tired of going to doctors only to leave their clinics feeling defeated and not heard. When I left his office that day I knew I had found a very good doctor and since then I will not see anybody else and I take my children to him as well. His nurse is also so wonderful and very personable! The staff is also so great and friendly The entire facility is very nice . There's a comfort in knowing you have a good family doctor I am so glad Dr. Dresher is our doctor! read more

Kolleen Marchand at West side Medical has the worst bed side manner I have ever come across and I have had to deal with VA doctors with my father and have never encountered any this bad. My daughter had an abscess cut and drained and packed on Saturday...there was not enough time to get from Clinton (Westside Medical that has been out physicians since 2010) to our pharmacy in Ogden before it closed. My child had to go with out an antibiotic or any type of pain medication for two days. I was supposed to be able to change her dressing and packing on Sunday but not having any type of pain medication I decided to wait until my pharmacy was open on Monday. When I tried to fill her prescriptions I was told the person that prescribed was not on contract with our insurance. I called the on call Dr and left a frantic voicemail that I was worried about the packing being left in for yet another day with out medication especially since the urgent care facility closed and my only other option would be the ER. When I found out that I couldn't even fill her antibiotic because of the issue I was even more livid because the urgent care facility indicated it may be MRSA. I received a rude phone call back from the on call doctor KOLLEEN MARCHAND and she basically told me because I was angry she would not do anything for us and I took her to Ogden regional. They unpacked her would redressed it quickly put her on an antibiotic that could combat MRSA. As well as prescribed a pain pill for her gapping wound...showed me how to change the dressing. Had I gone there in the first place we would not have had to have 3 visits over it in a week. read more

I got to my appointment right on time, not even late. So, I thought the wait wouldn't be very long. I was WRONG. They called everyone who got there after me before me, i ended up waiting 45 minutes to be called back, and 35 to 40 minutes for the doctor...I did not have the best experience here, not sure if I'm coming back... read more

Westside has been our place for thirty years. We raised our family with their care. For two days I've asked for a simple prescription to be called into my pharmacy. No dice. I don't know what has transpired in the management of my clinic but I am thinking its a money thing. They want an appointment for any simple ailment. read more
