He is really good with emergency situations too...like when your hearing aid goes through the washer and dryer!! He gets them fixed really fast. He has these really cool lapel microphones so you can hear your soft voiced friends too and the sound goes right to the hearing aids. The phone goes right to the hearing aids too and this is VERY helpful indeed!! Over all this is a great place.
