I greatly disappointed with this place. I called to find out a solution for my Neuropathy. The chiropractor said that a device could help me. I think he just wanted to get back what he invested in this device and not really wanting to help me. I kept it for a few days and didn't feel any better. I've never used the chiropractors here so I don't know about them and the massage therapists alone I would give a 5 star easily they are truly amazing. The reason I'm giving a two star is because of a medical situation I was trying to cancel and reschedule my massage, now I've gone here multiple times and spent my money here but this is the first time I needed to move things around. Apparently if you cancel or try to reschedule less then 24hrs in advance for any reason at all you will be charged right under half of what the appointment would cost. So for a 90 dollar massage they expect me to pay 40 for not being able to go. That's outrageous. Again I don't blame the massage therapists but I do however blame this company for being completely unable to compromise in a difficult situation that's never happened before with one of their regulars. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Infact I dont feel safe ever going to them again. This is a group of individuals who over time allowed their EGO to get so inflated they stopped listening period. ( or at least per reviews) When you enter and every question you have down to checking in will come with not only a look of annoyance and a tone of disgust( sorry to bother you). Then when you get into the appointment they may talk down to you like your stupid when you ask for Xrays before and after for proof they will Laugh at you and tell you "That's not how this works" why not? Why can a Paying Client not request additional x-rays ( were you scared???) Your office is not being paid by my insurance, I pay Cash and feel I have the right to protect my self from the harm you cause by holding you responsible. And even if insurance was paying, it's the patients health. Falsifying medical records is a crime and Neglect from a Medical Prvider is a crime. I went in with a back pain and came out with way more, plus added issues that have yet to be resolved(nausea, headache, hard time breathing) I will NEVER go back and will be seeking a REAL Doctor, who is trained in osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) which is not the kind of field looking to KEEP you a client by causing more damage to your body and affecting it negatively LONG TERM. The only people in your office worth anything, are your massage therapists and from what I see you disrespect the work and effort they place in their clients. Which at the end of the day you really should be using your "team" (I say it like that because Dr Wooden you're not much of a Team player) to help correct an issue and supply proper recovery care. Dr. Wooden, you validated my understanding of your position, from the Medical advice I was given against your practice. You argued with me, talked down to me and Hurt me physically more then I already was. I regret stepping foot through your door and even more not walking out the second you snickered at me saying I was uncomfortable. You didnt set my position when I turned to my left and now I have more damage and more pain then I did when I entered your office. In my opinion your a fraud, a low life who takes advantage of others and an average puff your chest know it all who really knows very little. You seem to enjoy praying on the week emotionally and belittling clients who are trying to talk to you about their body. I know. I know, you just look at an x- ray and each person is the same just pop and shove ( check box done ). One day if you haven't already your going to Paralyze someone. I hope they remember the statute of limitations and hire a shark. At least then it's two predators and it would give uour ex-client even grounds. For all the people who've heard the chiropractor stories of them causing permanent damage, and feel it's a once in a blue moon, I am sorry you feel that way. Just wait! Not all chiropractors are created equal, the two men at this location are not just compassionate but competent. Several years ago I was experience some significant pain. I started looking for referrals and got one to Dr. Wheeler. He put me through a full course of treatment and I felt no need to go see him for 2 1/2 years. I had been to several other chiropractors and did not find relief. Dr. Wheeler provided me immediate relief.
