I gained weight and lost a ton of hair. I also got insomnia for 5 months and it has taken 6 months after going to my new practitioner (that actually knows what they are doing), to try to get me back on track. When I cried to Kelly and expressed to her how bad I was feeling since she changed my hormone medications, she got completely offended and literally argued with me. So completely unprofessional of any practitioner. Then to make matters worse, she gives you lists of overpriced, unnecessary supplements to buy from her. She had me buy a very expensive product from her that made my heart go into AFIB. It actually says if you Google it, people with my thyroid condition should not take it because it changes your levels, but I trusted she knew what she was doing and I paid a price for it. Kelly is literally clueless and it's hard for me to believe she can practice functional medicine. I had sent my son to her in the beginning and she misdiagnosed him on multiple things and had him buy a ton of products that were completely useless for his condition. Then she told him to get a particular blood test done and it would cost him $200, well that was false. They ended up billing him $2500 for that test and she won't back up what she told him or fix the problem. Please do yourself a huge favor and do not go to this facility. The whole environment and care you get there is literally a joke.

I indicated that I needed to be seen asap, I could not wait for two weeks. I asked for any other earlier appointments - an immediate "No!" To me it appears that these guys want to appear to be so busy that they cant see anyone for at least 2 weeks. I was clearly given multiple options within two days originally.
