When my charger died in the midst of my busiest season, they insisted on me spending 4+ hours to drive to them and EXCHANGE the chcharger. They're hiding behind that old "it's policy" ruse to avoid sending the replacement and trusting me to send the broken one back. There's a lot of competition in the hearing industry now. At a fraction of what other audiologists wanted to charge me I have found affordable highest quality answers to my moderate hearing challenges. I would literally be lost without these Costco professionals. They check my hearing regularly, adjust my aids, clean and tune them up regularly all without any additional cost. I make my yearly Medicare physical appointment a year ahead of time, they cancel it three months before, tell me that I cannot get another with my doctor until next year (it is June now), but they would be glad to make me a telehealth appointment....Isn't an annual checkup supposed to actually check things like blood pressure, heart rate, listening to lungs? apparently not if we are going to do it over the internet. I have had notes in my chart telling me that they are referring me to a specific practice. I hear nothing, so I call the practice. they have not received any referral, so call OMG, turns out they referred me to a completely different doctor, even though it is clearly stated in my chart where the referral is for. I am then told that that is just the state of medical care here in Oregon, so deal. There are things my doctor understands that are not in my chart where the whole point of having the same doctor is that there is continuity, not having to start over every time you go in. But of course, that is just the state of the medical process here in America,is what they tell me. I never had these problems in California.....

My appointment to day was an incredible experience. From the front desk, hearing test and communicating with Shawn my experience exceeded my expectations. Shawn was patient, gave avery detailed test and his explanation of my test results were great and easy to understand. Shawn explained that I did not need new hearing aids as he could set them to my new test scores. Shawn then patiently took the time to set my hearing aids to my iPhone. I used to have Dr. Jill Chaplin as my doctor. She retired and they referred me to Kelly Son while I was with Jill. She got me on Ozempic because of my weight and I have severe back issues. We thought that if I got some of the weight off, it would help assist with my back issues. I ended up losing about 40 pounds with Ozempic. Yes it helped some with the back pain then at that time I was using a special payment assistance program from nova to assist in the Ozempic so I wasn't paying anything then 2026 hit and they no longer cover that program. I'm not sure I understand but I did have D in my insurance and nothing was said now they won't approve it because I have D so that does not make any sense to me. Plus they're not covering that program anymore. We're mark comes in is that he has bent over backwards call after call to nova and to me trying to get things figured out I can't tell you how much time he has put into just my insurance and Ozempic plan. I know that there are hundreds of patients out there, he made me feel like I was the only patient he had. I feel like Mark should get some kind of recognition for this outstanding job he has done. I waited over an HOUR AND A HALF past my appointment time to be seen for my FIRST appointment with a new primary doctor after over a year of not having one. I was stuck on waiting lists and unable to get my medications. They didn't even greet me when they walked me back. The doctor didn't ask or seem to care about anything besides refilling my ADHD medication. I waited an hour and a half for a 10 minute appointment. Then they sent the wrong instructions to the pharmacy and the pharmacy couldn't refill my medication. I tried calling this office but you can't even leave them a voicemail and they're closed on weekends. During the week expect to sit on hold for at LEAST 20 minutes. They never respond through the patient portal either. The lack of communication and care is extremely frustrating. I'm leaving this review now because once again the pharmacy cannot refill a different medication for me that I urgently need because they have sent MULTIPLE requests for a refill (it should be on auto refill so I'm not sure what the issue is) and have gotten ZERO response from these people. I can't even refill it through their portal. So here I am a day before I need my medication and unable to get ahold of anyone here and unsure as to why they have not responded to the pharmacy. I will be switching providers as soon as I am able to because this place genuinely SUCKS. Would not recommend to anyone.
