Unfortunately, my little Pomeranian pup did find it! It was sized perfectly for his tiny jaw, made of plastic like his dog toys, and he was enjoying it greatly when I spotted him with it. The tip was missing and the part that goes around my ear had been personalized with his tiny dog teeth. It closed, but not like it used to close. Off to Audiology Professionals today. They examined it, repaired it, and were thoroughly professional in all respects. Many thanks to their staff.

When my charger died in the midst of my busiest season, they insisted on me spending 4+ hours to drive to them and EXCHANGE the chcharger. They're hiding behind that old "it's policy" ruse to avoid sending the replacement and trusting me to send the broken one back. There's a lot of competition in the hearing industry now. In fact, as I write this, I am still awaiting a phone call from that provider (approximately 4 months now) concerning a failure of one of those aides. My wife and I finally agreed to start over with an Audiologist provider and pay the full cost for aides and get the customer service I had not been getting. We found Hearing Associates and Dr Redding. We started from the beginning with a hearing test and examination. Dr Redding explained in detail each step he took in determining which devices l would need. When I arrive, often just as they are opening, I am greeted like a family member and have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. From our initial visit to this day, my wife and I have been beyond impressed with Hearing Associates and Dr Redding. I was fitted with Hearing aides that Dr Redding, Based on his examination and testing of my hearing, felt would be best for me. They were NOT the MOST expensive model in that Brand But rather they best covered my type of hearing loss. My previous aides came with a device that would play television in my aides. This was an important feature for me as I watch TV a lot...and the device plays IN my aides and I can mute the external speakers on the TV...which doesn't disturb my wife at night when she is sleeping. It took me 3 Days to connect such a device to my TV using my former aides. Dr Redding showed me the device made for my New Aides and then DEMONSTRATED how to connect them to my TV. It took me about 5 minutes to make that connection when I got home. Every Question, Concern, and Fear I had about selecting my New Aides was addressed by Dr Redding. From the Initial Visit to today my hearing comfort and understanding of my devices and getting the most from them has been the paramount objective of Dr Redding and every staff member I have dealt with at Hearing Associates. I have Medicare insurance and NO coverage was provided, I paid FULL price for my New Hearing aides and services from Hearing Associates. I got MORE than I paid for!! My wife and I both feel our experience with Hearing associates has been beyond amazing. When I visit for an appointment, It is very much like I am spending time with a treasured Family member. That is something Money Cannot buy! I have a hearing professional caring for me and at the same time made a trusted new Friend in Dr Redding and all of Hearing Associates Staff. I have only good things to say about the aforementioned group of people. However OMG has hired on at least 2 medical assistants (MA) who lack in tact, professionalism and courtesy. At Southtowne I had personal medical information practically broadcasted across a waiting room for all other patients to hear. The same MA refused to follow up with a PA who worked in the same office which lead to me taking an incomplete series of tests, even after I persisted with the request several times. The NOW Clinic is employing an MA who thinks it's appropriate to leave tests results on voicemail in an ominous manner with absolutely no explanation of the results. I cannot even begin to describe the amount of undue stress this caused on my entire family. OMG would GREATLY benefit by raising it's highering standards for MAs and focusing on impriving efficacy with better training and oversight.

First OMG randomly cancelled my biologics…read morechemotherapy, which endangers my life, but then they randomly dropped all of Dr Balsam's OHP patients without notice. When he retired they refused to reassign his patients and said "we aren't accepting NEW OHP patients", nvm the fact I've been with the practice for 20 years. The letter I received about his upcoming retirement said to call for further steps. I did and they said they can't tell me anything about further steps, can't reassign me to a new doctor, and I have to wait until he actually retires to see what happens. Fast forward a couple months and I call with a serious health concern and request to be seen, don't care by who ( in the past I've always just been scheduled with the crescent clinic), and was told "your doctor retired and we don't take Trillium so you're not our patient anymore, we can't see you." Incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unethical behavior. Will be reporting to the Oregon medical board. OMG used to be a great clinic. Since Optum took over, they've become a dumpster fire. They also badly mishandled my Dad's treatment for years. They were giving him biologics chemotherapy for his condition as well, with zero oversight from any sort of doctor, and failed to have him overseen by a rheumatologist - the rheumatology clinic here failed me as well and is a total joke. He finally got his treatment handled through Slocum and is in much better shape now. He said he wasted years with OMG mismanaging his condition and unduly suffering due to their incompetence.
