The waiting room was crowded, but staff is very nice. The doctor went through all my concerns and was very calm and thorough. My issues warranted medication, and for each he told me when I should see results by, and to reschedule if I didn't. He asked additional history questions to assure there couldn't be any other causes. When I realized a medication was not called in and I was missing some notes I called the office. The doctor called me back personally, called in the missing medication, and clarified anything my notes were lacking. He also apologized for the error. And again, asked if there was anything else. Received diagnosis of type of infection like it was no big deal, and by this time because of my history I was thinking infection included stones or traveled to kidneys. Then I was "out of it" mentally because it's normal to be outta your mind under those conditions and my age. Then they changed the "script" and turned a voluntary pain induced ER visit into a 72 hour hold! I was held hostage and not given my patient rights and ignored my caretakers opinions. Condescending awful group of so called professionals. And when I spoke up after the meds were finally given, I got another ride to a psychiatric hospital. Oh and they lost my clothes.

When I got it the second time, because I felt my throat started feeling sore like the first time and thought to go to see Linker, as I thought it would be cheaper to go to him and he would do a swab test like they did. It should have been simple, but Linker was being stubborn and said I was fine and noticed anything wrong, even though I tried to tell him how I got it the first time and it felt how it started the last time. The man just huffed at me, walked fast out of the room and finally came back with the swab test. And you know what? He ate his own words and I was right and finally got my prescription and started taking better precautions about catching strep. Bottom line: my parents seem to like him, but to me he's not a good doctor at all to me: he has an ego, gives generic advice, and doesn't give proper help for much of anything. Plus his bedside manner is pretty bad. I wait so long to see him, and then he talks to you and it's over in five minutes! I was sent here by my primary care physician after having much more than an "immune response" to my…read morefirst covid vaccine. She wanted me to get checked out just in case. This is a newer building and part of the very nice UC West Chester campus. There is "ideally" plenty of parking, although it is very busy so it might take a few mins, allow for extra time. I was immediately greeted upon entering the main lobby by a woman asking about my covid exposure etc. They then tag you with a red or green sticker and you may proceed on. The people at the eventual office I came here for were so kind and helpful, I was very impressed. I was able to check in contactlessly via my UCHealth MyChart. I did not have to fill out any new paperwork as they utilized it all from there. Wait time was less than 5mins. I was tested while I was here which was easy and painless. The results (neg YaY) appeared in MYChart within 24hrs!! Luckily this was just an adverse event and everyone took great care of me!
