My name is Justin, you may not agree with my comments or the tone of what I have to say, this is just my story with this incredible growing group that tries diligently month after month to bring relief when others have failed or have given up on you (I). I started with CRPM when it was Dr. 9owr.... more than 6 years ago after a co-worker referral. I work in the south bay, live somewhere in the middle to this office and I'm sure there are pill pushers I could have seen that are more convenient, in-n-out of the office, and simply don't care about me or you for that matter. I sympathize and mostly have empathy for those posting negative comments. No practice is perfect, neither am I, but I believe most of us try our best daily, this group is no different. They have families, commutes, the same worries we all face daily, and they listen to our complaints, our pains, moans and groans day after day, one after another, (during and after business hours) and during your appointment when the door opens your greeted with enthusiasm, options, and even solutions for some but not for all off us. We are all maid differently there is no one solution that's fits all in the world of pain management. Maybe I'm old school (an old soul for my age for sure) more patient/tolerant than most maybe to much for my own good or maybe its the patience/tolerance Dr. Lai and his staff has shown me over the years and is the reason I stick with these skilled/caring/diversified young set of professionals that have offered so much in helping me. I have maid my rounds with all the DR's and the PA's and staff members, they all know me my pains, moans and groans (lumbar, cervical, and thoracic related) all so well, and I trust every one of them knowing they are doing their best to helping me. I have excepted this group and give them my full trust in their guidance/referrals/recommended procedures that wasn't easy early on due to my own ignorance of what was been offered me. Until I excepted responsibility to learn what it was that I was being offered, to help me reduce the pain, like RFA's, various injections options, and how can I not mention trigger point injections for spasms that never go away day after day wrenching on your body indiscriminately all tremendous life changers in the course of reducing significant nerve/muscular pain I suffer from, that meds couldn't take the edge off EVER (day or night), I've excepted this group as my life coaches they are trying to help me and you, whether you agree or not. Next month try visiting Elizabeth, Roxanne, Ahmed, Dr. Lee, Dr. Daniels, or even if your feeling lucky Dr. Lai :-) he is amazing. Wonder why you may wait longer in the waiting room??? Their not out golfing,,, their busy listening/helping the patient before you before they open up to your needs!! This is an incredible group, ask them what's going on in their life get to know them as I have and they have in you. After making the rounds a couple times with these individuals you will see the strength, diversity, compassionate, intelligence, and what each can offer you relative to solutions to your needs as each has an expertise from personal experiences and through their education in offering choices, medication, procedural, therapeutic options to helping you.
When Dr. Lai took over the practice maybe less than a year after I started with this office, I witnessed a noticeable improvement/significant/HUGE improvement in the practice, solutions offered, staff members, his personal selection (I suspect) of new talented team members. From just meds to a group that offers solutions to help you have hope to get off the meds and out of pain, or at least manageable pain relief by whatever the course offered that's best fits your needs or what your body will allow. For the first 2+ years my bodies response to various meds was difficult, non responsive relative to pain management until Dr. Lai who after seeing all the meds I tried offered a final alternative know other Dr. (primary, ER, most pharmacies, I've seen) knows about or has heard of, they all ask me what is it, how do you spell it, etc...and I have to explain...finally I was able to get relief, sleep, daily functionality with some sense of normalcy. Dr. Lai awakened the brilliance in this team, what he promotes, and expects from his team over the last several years of his leadership, mentoring, building this practice by bringing on new professionals that add tremendous depth in expertise by their own personal and educated backgrounds. I would bet that most of the patients that frequent this tremendous group wouldn't know that one of the highly skilled and caring staff members your seen by month after month is also a pain sufferer, who started off like you and I by simply helping a fiend one day move a TV up some stairs, and Wamo life changing event happened. Seek and you will find.. this is a group like no other, take the time to get to know them and you will find what I have found. Jstn read more
