I went to this place for my back and neck hurt after a car accident by an uninsured driver. I gave them the policy and they start the treatment without saying upfront payment. When my treatment about to be done, they requested a deposit from me to in case my insurance pays me directed. I am okay with that. Then after i finish my treatment, they sent the bill to the insurance, my insurance paid them directly so i called them to get back my deposit, they said the insurance does not cover the whole bill (they did not provide me the amount they received). So my initial deposit is gone. I asked them to contact my insurance to request for reconsideration but they said that it's on my side to talk to them, and they sent me the deposit receipt to send to my insurance to request the reimburse. read more

Dr Phan is amazing!! I found her on Yelp and was amazed by her work. On my 1st visit to her clinic I was very nervous. She made me feel comfortable and told me to relax an not be nervous. I came to see her for lower back pain and for migraines I get 3-4 times a week. I had few tight spots on my back and shoulder. When she popped my middle back and my neck, it felt so good I mean SO GOOD. My back pain and my headache was gone as I walked in with those symptoms. I felt so relaxed and light. I've been seeing her for about 2 months now and she's been nothing but fantastic in her diagnosis and treatment. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes during a visit there. What sets this apart from other clinics is their professional yet friendly service as well as their updated facility. Every visit I receive an adjustment, ultra sound, and the electro-therapy, so when I leave I am feeling much better than when I came in. Dr. Phan gives it to you straight when it comes to what needs to be done, but she doesn't make you feel like a jerk when you don't follow through.
