The massage therapist took extra care to ensure my comfort by giving me extra pillows and checking in on me from time to time throughout the massage. I walked out of there feeling brand new. I've been back since my first visit, and will continue to do so! They have a nice, calming atmosphere in their practice, and parking is available by private lot. It is a little hard to find the first time around as you can drive right past it on Marina Blvd, but they do their best by putting a sign out front to their driveway.

It was a 1 hour and 30 min session. This was the unexpected part. Not used to being completely nude. And nude you are. To use the hot tubs anything you are nude. The services were also unexpected. The pressure used to do the body scrub and massage was way too hard. Every time I asked for lighter touch or to avoid an area she would laugh and swat my hand away. She is also very conscientious, discussing what "ails" you and how her therapy skills can assist; I really appreciate her table-side manner, never pressuring, belittling or negative. In the past, I've used services from Massage Envy, high end boutique spas, and other individual massage therapists and IMHO, Mila ranks among the top for overall satisfaction!!
