The masseuse was strong and really worked out some of those stubborn knots. There was a minor communication hiccup (English isn't everyone's first language here) -- my request for cupping on my legs was missed. I used to participate in local triathlons so massage therapy was part of my recovery process so I have had a lot of massage therapy sessions. This place impressed me on the quality of massage, professionalism and atmosphere. This place is located of off the Lake Murray Boulevard so it was easy to find. Parking is a little tight but there is a shopping square next to it to utilize. The front desk person takes your payment before your session. They take credit card or cash. They also take reservations like we did for our couples massage we were both in the same room. The room was clean spacious and wall hooks to put your clothes. Our session was on Saturday afternoon and not too busy. It was pretty easy to get the appointment but there were appointments before and after our session. We did book the same day three hours before the appointment. They do couples massages, combo massages where the feet are involved and cupping massage. I recommend the 60 minute massage after 30 minutes your body will thank you! The oil bottle was placed between my legs during parts of the massage and laid against my legs. It was cold and odd. The quality was similar to what I'd expect my mom or aunt to provide without proper training. The final interaction was what solidified my decision. After paying and tipping based on the quality of service, I was questioned and laughed at for the tip amount by the front desk lady. If the business expects more than $90 for 90 minutes, that should be reflected in the pricing -- not taken out on customers. This used to be my go-to spot, but the lack of consent, professionalism, and respect during checkout was unacceptable.
