We are customers of both the Healthy Pet locations. While the location in the Polo shops never cease to amaze us, I can't say the same for this location. I used to bring our dog frequently to be boarded while out of town. The old boarding staff was the best, always sending pictures and cute messages as if they were from our dog himself. The last 3x however totally different ballgame. Our dog has come home incredibly dehydrated, food still left in his bag that wasn't eaten (which I wasn't informed until pick up time), eyes filled with yellow gunk, food bowl sent back home absolutely disgusting with food caked on, being rushed off the phone when I call to check on him, the list goes on and on. I've spoken to the manager the last two visits, first visit she was apologetic and offered a 20% off the next stay (does that make it right? No, but ok at least they took responsibility). Now the second time around when my dog was left this past weekend she's basically insinuating to myself and my boyfriend that we are twisting a story her own staff told us. I specifically did not pack our dog breakfast for Monday morning because I intended to pick him up early before work and feed him at home (which I've done multiple times). To our surprise when our dog is picked up, they tell us he didn't completely finish his food during his stay so they pooled together the remaining food and gave it to him (keep in mind our dog never leaves food behind). Later when I speak to the manager she tells me he had an extra portion of food in his bag and that's what he was given for breakfast. Remember how I didn't pack him food on purpose? Still wondering where that bag came from because I know it wasn't me, but no problem I'll stick to the Polo shops location going forward.

I am so glad we found Dr. Bull! He's caring and patient and takes the time to explain details and not rush through a visit. With other Boca area vet clinics, I have felt like just a number. With Boca North, I feel like we have finally found our family doctor.

Dr. Bull is no Bullsh*t!! The moment I walked in I felt at ease. He took a personal interest in my cat and explained everything to me clearly and concisely. The whole staff is mellow and like able. I can't put into words because I have not had a good experience like this at a veterinary practice. I will be coming here to take care of both my cats Samson and Dante. Hopefully not too often but I feel like they are truly in good hands with Dr. Bull and the staff at Boca North. Even though I'm 20 minutes away I will be coming here from now on. Calm, caring and courteous... my highest recommendation.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Pet Lover Central in Boca Raton was…read moretroubling enough that I feel other dog owners should be aware. From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.

I'm sure all the vets are great, but I have been using Dr. Browning and trust her as much as my own doctors. She's brilliant very authentic won't get on the ground and kiss your dog like some other vets, but I'll trade that for her expertise. All the amazing staff knows my dog - they've been there for years- Chevy is 15 I go every three months for check ups and he has quite the following as always so well-behaved. A Staffordshire terrier/pitbull ambassador for bully breeds who in the world at restaurants stores is so well-behaved and it's always the little dogs barking at him. We've been with them for almost 5 years, since we had Dr. Doolie and Dr. Ali. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and attentive. Every time we brought our cats in, we were able to meet and speak with the doctor--even during regular visits--which showed how much they cared. Yesterday , we were told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to see the new doctor, since it was "just a vaccine" visit for my cat. That really surprised me. It's not about the money--we're always willing to do whatever is needed for our cats--but it made me feel like the doctor doesn't truly care. When it comes to your pets, it's normal to want to see and talk to the doctor, especially with someone new. This has never happened before, so it feels like it's all about business now. P.S. The staff are always kind and lovely--we still appreciate them--but we're just too disappointed to come back.

Attached is a photo for context My little dog had a cold, and I came in with him. I was literally escorted outside in the patio area in the heat where some patients hang out waiting for their ride or whatever. I had to ask for a lady to move her purse from the "exam table" so the nurse could take my dog's temperature (he did not have a fever like i told them). They then still proceeded to make us wait outside and literally make the doctor come to us. This is a hospital and emergency place first, maybe have grooming and boarding clients go to another separate section with its own door rather than have a sick animal wait outside or separate the sick and scared pet from its owner for the nurse to literally walk the exact same way inside and still spread any virus around. If it's still the same door and same inside walk, then how is any virus not spread if a nurse does it? Anyways, dubious about the science on that one, but most importantly, after 5 years of going there on/off, this was a first for me at this location. If you go to a clinic, the expectation is that pets there are sick, so yes, there will be viruses in the air... if you want to do it all, then make a separate section for sick and non sick pets. Imagine making sick humans wait outside at an urgent care or hospital to not spread viruses to others inside because it is also a nail salon. Not very logical
