I cannot thank the staff at SEVN enough for taking care of my pup. My husband and I traveled down from PA to visit family here and my one beagle started having seizures out of nowhere with no prior history. The specialist and staff took my pup in immediately and provided the best possible care. They kept us updated on her status and explained everything in detail. Because of SEVN my pup has been seizure free and is returning to her old self again!

I don't know where to start...I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My dog was on severe pain, he's our baby...after several days of trying medication per the vet...she then suggested we take our Juice Ortiz here to be seen. Quickly we saw the loving care, the consistent communication, and professionalism...the doctors performed an MRI and moved Juice straight to surgery...ruptured disc. He was hospitalized 3 days...the compassion and communication is truly from the heart. I can't possibly recommend this practice enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping our baby.

I would give this staff a 10+ if possible. How to make a pet owner at ease after receiving devastating news about their precious pup? Dr Adam's and the entire staff did just that. I'm so happy to have them in our entourage of Veterinarians to help guide us through these horrible times. Thank you Dr Adam's and staff. Joanne, John and of course our girl Hope

I would recommend SEVN to anyone looking for neurological care for their fur baby. Our four year old Max recently started having seizures and it has not been an easy ride. Luckily SEVN was able to get us in earlier then our scheduled appointment on an emergency basis. The staff was very helpful, actually listened, took the time to thoroughly go over all information / any questions we had, & the office is very nice and clean. Unfortunately, some imaging services are just way to expensive there for the our family to afford and we couldn't do an MRI for our Max but I know they are only recommending this imaging to rule out possibilities that are causing his seizures. We decided to start seizure medication and again the staff has helped us every step of that way with answering all of our questions and navigating us on what the road looks like ahead with a dog who has seizures. ALSO, if your pet is having seizures, I HIGHLY recommend watching Dr. Wongs youtube videos which helped more than he will ever know! The explaining Dr. Wong gives in his videos is the best to fully understand seizures overall and other medical conditions/ symptoms your fur baby may be experiencing.

Grady when he literally was "sick as a dog."

My dog Grady all of a sudden wouldn't eat, wouldn't walk, was peeing on himself...it was horrible. We took him to Banfield on Linton. They sent us to Dr. Reese. Dr. Reese thought that maybe Grady had a brain tumor, but since he was almost 17 years old, he didn't want to put him under anesthesia. We were all thinking the worst, he was old and this may be the end. I was depressed all week. Dr. Reese put Grady on prednisone. He started eating again! Little by little, he was getting better! So, little by little Dr. Reese started weaning him off the pills. After two months, Grady had fully recovered. I was so grateful that Dr. Reese had not given up on Grady. The whole episode made me so depressed. Everyone at the clinic was so empathetic. I thank God for a positive outcome. The only change that I had made to Grady's diet was that I added a breath freshener to his water. I reported what happened to Pet Supermarket as well as to the manufacturer. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Reese and his entire staff. You made a bad situation turn out positive. I really appreciate all that you did to help Grady!

They immediately started treatment, gave him IV fluids and medications for seizures and vomiting, and took his condition very seriously. The staff was attentive, and medically I do feel they helped stabilize and save my dog's life. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the conversations surrounding finances and euthanasia felt extremely overwhelming emotionally. Within a short period of time, euthanasia was suggested multiple times due to the severity of his condition and the cost of hospitalization. While I understand they needed to be honest about the risks, as a pet owner in panic and financial distress, it felt very difficult and emotionally intense without many alternative options being discussed. That being said, I still want to recognize the quality of the medical care and the speed with which they treated my dog. He is now recovering, walking again, and improving, and I am grateful to the medical team for acting quickly during such a terrifying experience.

If you are considering using this animal hospital for even a goldfish, please do yourself a favor…read moreand DO NOT. dr. Netzly, the "veterinarian", is not only unprofessional, rude, petulant, and unsavory, he is a consummate liar. I made an appointment to simply have a rabies shot given to my beloved dog. When I saw that I was five minutes late for her appointment, I called the office and communicated the fact that I would be a bit late for the appointment. I arrived exactly twelve minutes late for the appointment. This "dr" stated in a response to my review that I was 40 minutes late. A lie! And later in the appointment he told me that I was too stupid to find his offices. FACT I assume that my Ph.D. is not ample educationally for his belittling, his rudeness and his unprofessionalism in his less than modern, uncomfortable and shabby offices. I brought Sophia into the tiny examination room with a muzzle that I requested as I know that she doesn't like to be prodded and needled. I held her and this "dr" entered the room, without a hello, without introducing himself to me and asked me if I was holding her. I stated to him that I was. He said to me, and I quote, "I heard that bullshit comment before." I stood up and calmly asked him not to speak to me in that manner. He looked at me in the same manner that Sophia looks at me quizzically! I should have left at that time as I realized his negative energy and attitude was from being twelve minutes late, but I didn't. So I said let's just do this and be done with it. I grabbed Sophia around the chest and secured her muzzled head while he injected her. Somehow she then managed to wriggle backward out of the muzzle and my grip and, unfortunately, bit the "dr" on his wrist. He became inconsolable and began yelling to the vet tech to call the humane society that my shepherd mix was a vicious dog. I pleaded with him to please reconsider, that I was so sorry that she had reacted that way but he was resolute (not realizing at that point that this would be considered an occupational hazard). Then I told him that I was a Vietnam Veteran and to please give her a break for my sake. His response, and I quote, was, "I don't give a shit who you are or what you did." Sophia never bit anyone, prior to this incident and the only report on her was her off of the leash. Another lie by this 'dr'. It is my humble opinion that he should seriously consider retirement before he inflicts his negative emotions, his nasty attitude, his ramshackle offices and his unprofessionalism on another unfortunate, unprepared animal and owner.

Most importantly, the person who I first talked to over the phone was great. Charlie was very knowledgeable and personable and respected my concerns with some of the medicines/procedures. He also gave my cat many compliments which I appreciate. The overall visit was fine, barely saw the doc tho. he was in and out in less than 5 minutes (not exaggerating) Got an antibiotic shot, some revolution topical, and an anti-helminic if I remember correctly. I'll probably lower my rating if my cat ends up regressing, but we will see. Oh, and they let me borrow a cat carrier... which made the drive home much better.

This office is dishonest, they do not care for your pets, they only care about taking your money,…read morethey cancel your appointment without telling you so your dog will suffer. I inherited a nine year-old dog in 2023, I started taking her here because this is where she went after relocating nearby in 2019. i found out that the owners had switched very soon after she started coming here, So, my dog has been coming to Dr Pion since 2019, and she is worse for it. her allergies have only worsened. Dr Pion doesn't refer to specialists or recommend different treatments, rather, he will diagnose an "infection", give you the same antibiotics week after a week, never actually treating the underlying issue. My dogs infection will clear, she will start scratching again, I will take her back for the scratching, Pion says she has a yeast/ear/skin infection, we get antibiotics, rinse and repeat for the last two years I've been to this vet. $2k+ in two years. I've asked for specialists, I've asked for referrals, they insist that they can do more testing at their facility, and hand me an $800 bill. One week, I was scheduled for a "recheck", the doctor was in the room for less than 10 minutes and looked at my dog ONCE with the vet tech complaining about her neck pain in the entire time, both too distracted to let me know at any point that it was going to be $70, and after speaking with the practice manager, I was basically told the doctor already saw her so I needed to pay it or kick rocks. I paid it and refused to sign for it. Now there's a note on my account that they need to email me an estimate before I show up every day, which is ridiculous, but I agreed to that, because I just want a vet to bring my dog too. It's ridiculous that they didn't say anything to me during the visit that it was going to cost a certain amount and still demanded that I pay it, they are completely dishonest. It's truly only about the money for them. My last visit with them was actually the visit after, the person at the front desk made 3 comments about how "this time was much better", referring to the conflict I had with them a few weeks prior. Dog had an allergy shot, her rabies vaccine, and her nails clipped. The same tech with the bad neck brought her back to trim her nails. I know for a fact that my dog needs to be muzzled while her nails are cut because, I can look at the screen and read the comments they write on my own profile and see that she needs to be muzzled. It's actually not even a specific visit note, it's a note on my profile, so when I look at the screen, the next thing I read after seeing my dog name is "needs muzzle for nail trim. " The vet tech with a bad neck came back around to tell me that she bit her, to which I replied "her notes say she needs to be muzzled". I made another appointment for another allergy shot and left. She was scheduled for that allergy shot three weeks ago, but I have no phone calls, emails, or anything from them, that means they canceled my appointment and didn't have the gall to call me to tell me that they weren't gonna be seeing her anymore. I can only assume thats the case because they didn't call me. I have already started bringing her to a much more reasonable, competent, respectful vet that I bring my other animals to. I chose convenience and the trust my MIL had over what I was seeing with my own eyes, which is a doctor who is wholly unconcerned with the actual diagnosis and wellbeing of my pet. My dog's health has deteriorated and she's only ever seen one person in the last 5 years who went to school for her health. Do not go to this practice, do not read positive reviews and think you will have a similar time, they are all for the doctor and staff that started and owned this hospital up until they sold it six years ago.
