The kitchen counters still felt gritty and had dirt in the corners, the microwave and front of the fridge/freezer still had visible spills and splatters, and the mantel and fireplace tile surround were still gritty. The wood floors and stairs didn't look wet-mopped and there was a noticeable spill on one of the stairs that I was able to remove with a wet-wipe. The kitchen baseboards under the cabinets were definitely missed as they were caked in dried splashes and dust. The upstairs shower walls also still had areas of grey residue and soap scum. I would have paid more to ensure a higher level of detail was done instead of me having to go back for additional cleaning touch-ups.

From the start, her work felt rushed -- she was usually in and out in about 2 to 2.5 hours, skipping over several tasks we had agreed on. When I brought up my concerns, she brushed them off and just said she'd "do better next time," but nothing changed. I decided to end services after the month was up. Because I had to skip one week earlier, I still had two prepaid cleanings left. I told her I'd be ending services but kept things polite and didn't rehash my frustrations. The following week, after learning I wouldn't be continuing, she came and only spent about an hour cleaning my entire house -- which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, three bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. That kind of deep cleaning isn't realistically possible in one hour, and it showed. When I contacted her about it that day which was a Friday, she said she'd get back to me on Monday, and then denied both doing a poor job and leaving early -- even after I showed video proof of her arrival and departure times. And photos of the things she skipped over and did poorly. She also refused to refund the last prepaid cleaning that I no longer want her to do stating she doesn't give refunds for already scheduled cleans even though it says nothing about that in the contract I signed. Overall, very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend paying her in advance or hiring her at all.

Also they tried to reschedule on the same day of the service so I told them I don't want to reschedule, that's why they said they sent a second crew, not their main one, trying to blame it on me because I did not want to reschedule what was already set after all this happened. The ladies were friendly, came with all their supplies, worked hard, and got the place looking better than the other company I had hired to clean before we moved in.
