Very very pleased with our experience with Louis and his team. We had some black mold in our…read moregarage from a 40+ year old refrigerator with failing seals. We called over the weekend when we found their information and setup an appointment for a free appraisal the following Monday. We were given a window starting at 8 am and Louis showed up at 7:45! Within just a few minutes he confirmed it was in fact black mold and they would be able to help us. He described what the process would be like and provided a quote. We attempted to obtain a second quote, but never received a response back from the second company, which is fine because they wanted $200 just to come out! We called Dry More back Thursday and they were able to give us a Saturday appointment. His team of technicians were very prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. They had the sheet rock removed and everything cleaned and wiped down within 2 hours. They had to leave behind equipment to properly dry the area that needed to run for 24 hours but his tech offered to get approval to come back Sunday to pick everything up, even though they don't work on Sundays. I appreciate the quick response to our situation which could have been worse if we waited much longer to take care of it. I hope we won't get into another situation that will require this type of service, but if we do, I'm definitely giving Louis a call.

Cameron, I thought was wonderful at the beginning of our home mold remediation process. He reached…read moreout, we scheduled a day and time for the inspection and he then sent me a mold remediation information flyer before our appointment date. During the inspection he seemed knowledgeable and confirmed to me that he was licensed in mold remediation. He was very concerned with the state of the house and with our safety being in it. We have VERY high humidity levels, poor air circulation in the home and high moisture readings in almost every wall of the house. We sent the report we received after the inspection to our landlord and they talked price points for the job. The day of the job Cameron was no where to be seen despite texting me at 11:30am to confirm our 2pm appointment and another shortly after said there was an "emergency" at another job location and he would be arriving soon after his partner. At 1:30pm Cameron's partner arrived. The gentleman at the door said he was here to start the processes of covering home items and that Cameron should be there shortly. What he actually did was haphazardly cover about 1/4 of my items with the thinnest painter sheets I've ever seen and stuck it up with blue painters tape. He also took off every single baseboard and put them out on the street. At 4:30pm, after all the baseboards of the house had been remove and put on the street Cameron finally arrived. He was at the property for exactly 30 min. He was supposed to be at the job the entire time, doing follow up readings, carefully inspecting the areas of the house that are behind the baseboards to check for mold and wet wood, ect. Instead, in those 30 min he unloaded his truck of the fans, blowers, and large dehumidifier and set them up in the house. He made a phone call to someone outside at some point, showed me how to use the dehumidifier, and I showed him a couple of areas that were so obviously mold, that him telling me the house was "fine" and "safe" was insane. The house is very small and I was present the entire time during the days process. He never looked at anything. Not a thing. Then just gave it the ok and expected us to blow mold all around the house, us, and our pets for the next 3 days. He lied to me about being licensed in mold remediation and doing a fake mold remediation inspection. Which he wrote a report for water mitigation to the home owners which is his actual license (that's what he back tracked and said at least) BUT if mold was found during the removal of the baseboards he was supposed to stop everything and a new plan of action was supposed to take place. He wasn't here for any of that and didn't bother to look or care. He tried gas lighting me saying that he was at the house the whole time, that him and the other guy covered everything, and he sprayed anti microbial on everything which.... None of that happened. Save your energy, time, health, money, and literally everything inside your home and call a different company. Oh yeah, the guy that was at the house with me for 2 1/2 hours waiting on Cameron to show up, stole money from us as well. They spotted the camera outside but obviously not the ones inside.

Absolute worse. DO NOT HIRE. They arrived one hour late to the first remediation appointment, two hours late for the second, and three hours late for the fourth. They did NOT remove all the damaged items they were supposed to on day one (and said they were finished), dumped all the cabinets and drywall on my mom's lawn instead of in a dumpster as itemized on the estimate, and dumped their beer cans on top. Totally disrespectful. My question is why did they have beer cans in the first place when they were supposed to be working? One month later, the home is still not remediated properly. The clearance tester said he could not believe they left her house so dirty and trashed. He even noted it in his report that they needed to clean up. Basic. After sending them the clearance report and not getting a response, I had to send another email with RESPONSE REQUIRED in the subject heading just to get them to set a time to come back out to complete the work itemized in the failed clearance report. It took one month of prodding to get them to finally remove the bar in the kitchen that was supposed to be removed on day one. There is still moldy insulation in the walls. When they came out the fourth time (after clearance test failed), we overheard the workers saying they brought a particular area to the attention of the service manager on day one but the service manager told them to not touch it. We call the office to get assistance and can only talk to the "answering service." It should not take one month for work that should have been done right and thoroughly the first time. Now, they have the gall to tell my mother that they have moved on to other jobs while hers is still incomplete. This is how they treat the elderly.

Their crew completed our repair in one day (we loved the work so much that we then hired them for something additional in the home and that only took an afternoon the next day) Every single person that came into our home was professional, knowledgeable and on time.
