It was at the strike of the midday sky, that me, Jacob Montoya, came into this fine office. With the predetermined intention of waiting for a very long period of time, I was accompanied by a friend of mine whose name is Anthony, but we ("we" as in my scholarly companions) call him, "Antwon" (A nickname obtained due to the blandness of his original name). As I entered the office my nostrils were met with the sweet smelling aroma of friendly homo sapiens. As usual, my nose is usually right (so much so, that it has acquired the success rate of 98%) and by nature cannot tell a lie, for that would be very weird in more ways than one, for example: noses do not have mouths. I have noticed that I am rambling on with my vast knowledge of human body parts and hereby apologize for my actions. Enough about myself. Let's get to business, baby. I was called to appointment by a very charming young lady, who goes by the name of Cassandra M. In all honesty, she made the stay there feel very cozy and I hope she is promoted much more sooner than later. I felt so welcomed by her presence that I had, at times, mistaken her for my dear mother's childhood friend, C-Dawg. If this name is given to my dear friend Cassandra M. from here on out, then by all means give me credit. For it was through my bloodline (my mother) that the name, "C-Dawg" was coined in the first place. The asian doctor (who I believe was the main doctor) was humorous. Through his jokey mannered way of speech and uplifted countenance I deduced that he loved his job, which made me enjoy my stay all the more. When I went to take my x-rays (Cassandra M. was my guide to the room) the doctor who did the tests was very kind. The table that I had to lay on was very cold and brought chills upon my precious body, but due to the warm salutations in my previous occurrences with the staff, my body received the warmth as well. I have no complaints, but instead have one confession (word to Usher): * I accidentally put 2016 on one of the papers, instead of 2017. Farewell friends, and maybe even possible family. Until we meet again. P.S.: Cassandra M. and the lad working next to her with brown skin and spiked hair (sort of like Ronnie from Jersey Shore) are great examples of how a health care office staff should be. read more

My visit here at Healthpointe was extremely pleasant in every aspect possible, for the fact I do not enjoy attending any doctor's office for any reason, especially when an injury is upon myself. First, it started off with Adrian, the front receptionist, very polite and welcoming, greeted upon entrance and was very professional. Second, my nurse Cassandra was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, compassionate, and explained every procedure before initiating. She answered any questions and/or concerns I had, and made me feel at ease as I was waiting for results from the doctor. Thirdly, Daniel, the X-ray technician, was very patient as he awaited to initiate the x-ray testing, kind, friendly, compassionate, and funny as he made my visit feel comfortable and at ease. He to explained the procedures he initiated before doing so. Lastly, Dr. Yuan was great! He's very knowledgeable and gave me great relief as he compared my injury to his personal experience. He was very patient, I didn't feel rushed or pushed away like some providers tend to be on a busy schedule. He answered all my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond with his care for me. I just want to give an astounding gratitude to all the staff who assisted and cared for me in my two visits I attended here at Healthpointe. I am very appreciative and thankful to be in the hands of a great team! Thank you all!! read more

i started going to healthpointe after a car accident for therapy with dr. chu although at 1st i thought she was so young in the couple sessions i have met with her for psychologic issues she has demonstrated to be very professional, interested in my well being and has helped me learn so relaxing techniques that i now practice. everyone in the facility is nice and professional greeting every patient and directing to where we have to go but, my biggest thank you for your service goes to adrian a young man that has amazing service when it comes to talking to his patients. adrian is always smiling a huge smile everytime i see him and that makes me feel comfortable because he shows he loves what he does always asking if our day went good and at the end of our visit always wishing a farewell safe weekend drive safe take care and see you next time 100% patient satisfaction adrian keep up the good vibes smiles and you will be very succesful in your careers to come. thank you to all the staff for also being nice and friendly... read more

I have been going to healthpoint in Irwindale for almost a year now. Their staff is exceptional as a Medical Instructor who has trained medical personnel for over 20 years now, I know I've seen the good and bad. One medical assistant in particular named Myra Rivera has been so wonderful to me. I had to have surgery from an auto accident and was referred there. She made me feel comfortable from the time we met. She is an outstanding professional who instead of making you feel like you're just on another medical conveyor belt, she showed me empathy, and compassion . The whole staff is courteous and professional. I would recommend Healthpoint Irwindale to anyone looking for a professional medical office, which is hard to find these days. You will be glad you gave them a try, and ask for Myra. . read more

J. Morfin read more

Had to come in for a work related injury and the staff at the front was incredibly quick and professional in setting up appointments. Dr.Yang was super thorough for my simple injury that any other doctor could've just looked at and decided that was sufficient care. Finally, super star Daniel was mega friendly, kind, and informative during vitals and my grip test. I'm always super anxious going into any doctor appointment, but Daniel was there to make it easy and comfortable! Thank you for your kind and thorough service! read more

This is a great place for all your healthcare needs! I personally use this site to test for DCFS and though iam not proud of this, I do have to extend my gratitude to thr staff for making my mind at ease!! The Social Worker I have seems to really try and set me up for failure, my authorization slips have a tendency to not be in but Jasmine and Gustavo really know their job and how to pan out the technical technicalities. This is a place where they always greet you with a smile and are always very professional! read more

I enjoy going to this clinic because the moment you step inside the staff is very friendly and welcoming. When I have questions, the staff is quick and helpful in answering my questions as much as they can. When you are waiting in a room for the doctor, the staff makes you feel comfortable and acknowledges your wait. They kindly ask if you are ok or if you need some water. A special thanks to Daniel Navarro because he made my visits more enjoyable. He is very courteous and very efficient in doing his job. read more

My wife and I have been going to this location for some time now and I can say all the people here are just fantastic. They are all so happy, courteous, and helpful it makes you feel as if you are part of their family. It may read as if I am an insider but I assure you I am not. We are simply a patient that is completely happy. The doctor takes his time to explain things so it is understood, the nurses are first rate, and the customer service folks are so accommodating. read more
