Horrible place. Doctor was 50 mins late. Every problem I have gone there for the staff just tells me its all in my head. My doc forgot to refill my prescription when it was the only reason I had the appointment for, and became a huge problem for the reason I list later in the review. I have never felt so disconnected and uncomfortable from my doctor. I have family that also go there and they feel the exact same way. The pharmacy is even worse, you literally can not even call it directly, if you want to talk to someone about your prescription you have to call their hub in Renton or whatever and there is no actual way you can talk to the pharmacists that are filling the prescription. If you are thinking about going to this place I suggest that you do everything you can to find another place. read more

A few years ago, I switched from Group Health to these people because of verbal abuse by a doctor. What a mistake. I am a diabetic and they wanted me to switch from glyburide to glipiside suggesting it was the same thing. In actuality, they just did not sell glyburide. Then I had a bad reaction, which caused Flu like symptoms and an Achilles injury. When I brought it to my doctor's attention, I was rebuffed as a wiener. Later I switched myself back to Glyburide and everything went back to normal. These people put profit over my health. Everyone should run and hide from these people. read more

This practice is poorly managed. With each visit, I wait 30 minutes or more, then the doctor cuts my visit short and asks me to come back. I have made two visits in the last two weeks at $25 per visit and still don't have the information I need, and they asked if I could come back. I feel like they are trying to make money with repeat visits. I also feel the staff is condescending and not at all compassionate. I come here because my insurance is limited and the location is convenient but if I had a serious health issue I would select a different practice. read more

I wouldn't recommend going to this place if you have a serious medical condition or need help behind something simple like getting an antibiotic. The staff didn't seem qualified to look into my health issues beyond wanting to give me a flue shot. My doctor was extremely condescending and rude as other reviews have said. It was proof that some people might be smart enough to be a doctor, but that doesn't mean they have social literacy or compassion for others. I felt it was a waste of my time to go and that what they mostly care about is getting their state insurance checks. This place is proof that Obamacare needs help. The worst part of my visit was the doctor prescribed a medication that was for seizures, which I have never had and never explained why. That kind of negligence makes me consider complaining to the board because it's unsafe. I've never had a medication prescribed with no explanation beyond "I'm giving you this pill" then he walked off. Don't waste your time here. read more

Can't recommend it. The scheduler was the only competent person I met in the two times I went there. My doctor was rude, and I don't know why. I went in for a meds check, so labs were required. I called a week later to get results and they didn't have them. After 3 more calls, including a conference call with Community Health on the line, I found out the staff lied. My labs were lost. Nobody cared, and I was told a total of three different stories. This is basic stuff. I wouldn't put any trust in them providing good care. This clinic is within walking distance of my home, but I drive nearly 5 miles to go to a clinic I trust. read more

I have no idea how the dentists are. For three weeks, my spouse called every single day and tried to make an appointment. Every single day. With a totally inflamed jaw. He was told every single day that the scheduler wasn't available, or the new calendar wasn't up. Three damn weeks. I finally lost patience, and made ONE call to the Sea Mar dental clinic in Monroe. Super nice guy raised not a single eyebrow at Provider One or a new patient, and I got an appointment for a week from today. read more

the worst clinic ever. We have insurance coverage and they treat us like garbage each time we went there. the wait time is ridiculously outrageous! my last appointment was at 1PM, signed in and was let in the waiting room after taking my blood pressure and all, I had to wait another hour with no doctor. so it was around 2:15pm and I was still in the waiting room. So I just walked out, figuring out that it is my fault for choosing to come to such low standard clinic. I will never go back there again. Don't let the nice building fool you, the staff are so unprofessional and doctors are extremely disorganized. So if you care about your health, go somewhere with better track record of excellence in care. read more

I went here for years and all I can say is there's only one doctor I like. Dr Edgarson. The rest I have no idea how they even graduated let alone got a job as a doctor. They don't take you serious and make you feel dumb when you tell them why your there. I had one doctor there tell me her conclusion to my issue is that I wear my pony tail too tight... yeah... her exact words. Are you serious? After this plus the other doctor who turned off the light spun around and clapped his hands then turned the lights back on and said my problem was anxiety and there's no cure I honestly though he was mentally ill I did switch clinics completely and for those who want to know about their dental DONT GO THERE! I had my teeth cleaned twice there and both times my gums bled for months even years (my gums bled every time I brushed my teeth for over a year after the last cleaning) I saw so much blood when they were flossing them I almost passed out. I think they go too deep and cut my gums then deny it being their fault. I haven't got my teeth cleaned in years I'm too scared to do it now. read more

I gave Health Point Bothell 2 stars because the dental department is pretty good, including the girls up at the front check-in desk. Not so much about the medical department. In the last year and a half I have gone here for 5 different reasons and I have never left with a question answered about my health. Never feeling better because of coming here. I have sat in the exam rooms for over a hour. And definitely check the doctors they send you to before hand on here. It seems like just answering a phone and getting somewhere is a miracle with these folks. My experiences here had got so bad, I rather sit home and do nothing than come here. read more

After waiting 10 days for my appointment, the office called 30 mins before my appointment and said they needed to reschedule. Then they put me on hold and after waiting for 10 minutes, I was disconnected. I never received a return call and when I called them back later in the day, they said the next available appointment was 2 weeks later. read more

Worst doctors office ever. Gave me the wrong appointment time over the phone. Showed up at 9 for a 10 am appointment. They didn't tell me I was early until after an hour I asked why I was waiting so long. And then didn't get to see the doctor until 10:30 so 30 minutes past my "appointment time" and an hour and a half after arrival. Waiting room was overcrowded with people sneezing and coughing all over the place. I plan on switching doctors immediately. The only upside is the location. With dentist office on 2nd floor. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CLINIC. We've been with HealthPoint for several years and I love this clinic. Everyone in this facility is extremely helpful and frankly they saved my sanity. My grandson was uninsured and in need of immunizations for school, and an examination to rule out/in ADHD along with medication needs for this condition due to education issues. The school nurse provided me with the phone number for HP, I called and with the help of several wonderful people at HP, it's been smooth sailing for this kid (and grandma) since. His doctor is the best!! The front desk staff is efficient, friendly and everything a "first point of contact" should be. read more

This place is severely poor managed. I started going here about 3 years ago becacuse of how convenient it was and it has only gotten progressively worse. Lets start off at the receptionist's desks both Dental and Medical Clinics are by far the worst group of receptionists I have ever encountered. When ever I call either office I do not get an answer at all, leave a voicemail and they don't get back to me days after. Or they do answer and put me on hold for more than 15 minutes at a time just to get back on the phone and say they are transferring you to someone else and than have to wait on hold for another 5 minutes JUST TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT. I work in the healthcare field and these people do not care about their patients, to them we are just another number and at a actual physician's office that cares, they will call you back within the hour. The Doctors office is the worst of it though. I get sever migraines and I asked for a more natural way to deal with them/prevent them and the doctor just prescribed me more Imitrex, which was what I was telling him I want to avoid. They do not actually try to help you here, just get you out of the way to get on with their day. read more
