I visited the website after a fellow fitness IG follower posted about a certain product. Ordering was easy and convenient. Only thing I am upset is that I ordered my product on 11/7 and it is still in the processing state. I emailed them on 11/13 regarding the order. With a prompt response, they stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience, that it didn't show up in their queue, and that the order would be processed and shipped that day. It is now 11/16 and my order still says "processing"...I called the company and left a voicemail. I guess I'll see how long it takes to get my order. Unfortunately, I am not sure I'll be ordering from them again..11/24 continued-I got my package the day after it was promised, with the free power pack missing. They also stated they would be shipping me a care package for the inconvenience and that has yet to be seen. :( read more
