This was by far one of the best massages I have ever received! Winnie explained all about Biomat and how helpful it is. She has strong hands! Perfect for deep tissue massages. However, she checks with you repeatedly to make sure you are comfortable with the type of pressure she is using. There is also a fantastic cream (an add on) she offers that heats up after it is placed all over your back. It penetrates the skin deeply and helps heal any ailments you may be experiencing. I am definitely excited to try the facial next time as well. I will certainly return again soon.

Booking regular massages with Grace is the best thing I've done for myself in the past year, by far. I didn't know that I could feel as good as I do after I leave the office, but it's enough to make me keep coming back on a monthly basis--sometimes even bi-weekly, depending on how my body's acting in that time. Every visit is a little different, and she really customizes my experience to suit my needs. Grace's hands are a true gift: I don't even know how she manages to find every area that needs work, but I'm ridiculously appreciative. The office itself is clean, calming, well-lit, and smells really nice--good vibes all around. I also want to note that I have two rods in my back from a spinal fusion when i was in middle school, and I was concerned about how she might work around them, but it was a non-issue and I've actually learned a lot about what's going on back there from questions she's answered for me during massages. Go! Book with Grace!

I have plantar fasciitis and Ellen's massage -- it is so far beyond any place like Hand and Stone -- is the only thing that keeps the pain at bay. She has a serious gift. She'll find and fix things I didn't even realize needed help. I come out of there feeling amazing; like I've just been on a Caribbean vacation for a week. I was having issues with my ear (lost 20% hearing in my left ear), I had been to the regular doctor 2 times and all they wanted to do was give me steroids, which wasn't helping, so I luckily found Kara. I was a little hesitant, having never done acupuncture. I spoke with her over the phone and she said she wouldn't charge me she didn't think she could help me, that right there caught my attention, Sold. To make a long story somewhat short, I now have my hearing back, not to mention so many other things she has helped me with (stress, shingles, grinding teeth, allergies)! Unfortunately, we moved to Los Angeles, I miss Kara everyday and wish I could transport her to California. He said... THIS WOMAN RULES! I have been skeptical about acupuncture for years. My wife promised me that Kara was different. From the moment I met her, I knew she was different. She made everything feel more comfortable and was genuinely concerned about helping me. I have been suffering on and off with hand pain for almost 10 years. I have been to numerous specialists and surgeons that have ordered every test in the world only to tell me nothing is wrong with me. Kara took one look at me and went right to work. She was able to drastically reduce my hand pain in just two visits and help keep it that way. I miss her so much.
