Plan actually works. But you can do low carb on your own. B12 shots help with energy somewhat. When…read moreyou sign up they tell you that you have to give 30 day notice to cancel. So they got for two months right off the bat whether you want it or not. I notified the staff that I wanted to cancel 30 + days before my second month ended. They charged me for a third month claiming they didn't remember me telling them I wanted to cancel.

Well ... First visit…read morethey weigh you, do an EKG, and then send you for blood work. That visit is with staff - the girl wasn't even a medical assistant and had no formal healthcare training. Same girl reviewed the expected diet with me - which grossed me out. Their thing is to meat only - no carbs. They want to throw your body into ketosis. It was day 4 in which very little veggies can be added. Of course, they encouraged us to buy their "special drinks". They wanted to give me a B6/B12 shot even though very recent blood work reviewed I was fine. They sent me home with enzymes to take with each meal. Upon checking out, I was informed that i must return weekly AND PAY $55 each week just to get the (7 day) prescription refilled. Second visit - reluctantly went back. Was weighed in - lost several pounds. Was given a lecture that "I wasn't taking things seriously" because I refuse to eat meat despite MULTIPLE studies showing plant -based diets are so much healthier. The meds did make it easier to eat less and make healthier choices. Good news is that I am down like 8 pounds in 3 weeks however i dislike having to PAY weekly to be weighed and lectured just to have another 7 days worth of medications. Honestly, I am seeking out regular doctors willing to prescribe me the same medication.

Ohmygoodness! I HAVE to tell you about the most AMAZING…read moreexperience I've just had! Earlier this week, I felt sick and was actually unable to drive more than a few miles or go to work because I hurt my body by not drinking enough water and just wearing myself out! I literally didn't take the girls to school Wednesday because I felt too sick to make the trip! So, as stupid as it seems, I made an appointment at this place near my house to get IV hydration today. I'm so excited to tell you about this, and I hope you don't think I'm being crazy right now! There is a lady, who is a nurse practitioner at women's center at Hughley hospital, 12 years at MCA before that. During Covid, she realized how many people were actually getting sick and not able to recover because they weren't getting enough nutrients or enough hydration or enough of what they need from their food and drink intake. She opened this place, complete health at Green Oaks, one year ago! You just come in, take your vitals, and then you sit in one of those really fancy massage chairs like they used to have at the Brookstone store at the mall. Do you watch TV for 15 to 30 minutes while you get an IV and then you leave. All of the IVs are a bag of Celine, and then you can choose what you add into it. There's one for energy, there's one for vitality, there's one for hydration, there's one for mood elevation... I think she has 10 or 12 different ones available. So you get a massage, you get to relax and watch TV, you get hydrated, and you leave feeling so much better! This is better than getting a pedicure, I feel like it's better for my body than getting an actual massage, just incredible! She does take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, but they only pay for certain things. If you're paying out-of-pocket, it's $150-$200, depending on what you're getting. You can come just one time and give it a try and never go back, or you can do it once a month if you're trying to achieve some kind of a goal, like weight loss or if you are trying to increase your vitamin B12 to help with depression or anxiety (I'm planning to do that!) Please know that she did not ask me to do this, I do not stand to gain from this financially, and I really just thought it was so incredible. I want to tell people about this because I want to see people feel better and I want for all of us to take better care of our bodies to prevent getting sick instead of treating sicknesses that happen because we don't take care of ourselves! Really, whether you go in just for the heck of it now, or if you remember this the next time you start feeling sick or rundown, or if you remember to tell someone else about it when they tell you that they are having a hard time recovering from a sickness, please remember this! It is such a great business model, and I want to see this woman succeed!

Miller Rd Suite300 Mansfield just one minute south of his previous location at Mansfield Methodist Medical Center, Miller Rd is the Rd that runs next to the hospital on the east side, across the street from the school. I love his new location, first of all it's a one story. Building with parking as close to right in front of the door. I do not miss circling the parking lot at the pavilion behind MMMC, or that ancient elevator LOL the waiting room is much bigger and there's a little more privacy at the counter. I have now been a patient of Dr. Rozier's for 9 years, he's a young doctor that's always up to date on the latest options. I live in far north Fort Worth near Roanoke and have been making that drive of a little over an hour for almost 6 years because I trust him, and I really like his entire staff, his medical assistant is so kind and pleasant, and wonderful about returning calls as well as conveying information, she's been there a good while now, and I hope she's there for many years to come. If you're looking for honest (sometimes direct ) advice and care, if you're tired of going to "pain clinics" that are nothing but fancy pill mills, and you want to find answers, I cannot recommend Dr. Rozier enough.
