Nothing seemed to work. Then, a colleague recommended hypnotherapy. After doing my research, I decided to work with Tracy Barrett Adams, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. In just a couple of sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. Tracy's approach, while it may seem "alternative" to some, her work is very professional. She shared simple, strategies that made perfect sense and were easy to incorporate into my routine. If you're struggling with insomnia or other sleep challenges, I highly recommend Tracy Barrett Adams. Her expertise and compassionate approach truly made a difference in my life!

It's been 68 days since my first appointment with Tracy. And it's been 68 days since I've picked or…read morebitten my nails. Tracy is amazing. If you're on the fence about whether or not to try hypnotherapy out, just go for it. I was a nail biter/skin picker all my life. My fingers always hurt and at least one was bleeding and swollen every day. I tried all of the things - regular therapy, bitter nail polish, gloves all day long, acrylics, gels. You name it, I had tried it - and they all failed. Enter Tracy. She clearly explained every step of the treatment and was very honest that I would need to put in the work along with the therapy, this wasn't a magic fix. I had 3 sessions with Tracy over three weeks and 37 years of repetitive destructive behavior is gone. My mind is blown. It's still surreal to me that I have stopped. It turns out it wasn't a habit I needed to break, it was a coping mechanism that I needed to confront and let go of. And Tracy lead me through the entire journey. It sounds trite to say 'Tracy does life changing work' - but it's true. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Tracy!!!! - Lauren

I had been caring for my beloved 90 yo Mom for several years and finally reached a point where I…read moreknew that it would benefit us both to have some support in our home. I reached out to Shawna who arrived for an assessment within two days and set up a schedule for regular support visits. It has entirely changed our lives to have Christina's kind and efficient assistance. I had no idea how tired and careworn I had become. Why did I not call on Home Helpers a year ago? Christina arrives and immediately dives in! If I leave a wish list of tasks, she accomplishes all of them and more! If I do not, she finds things to do that I did not even recognize needed doing! I was able to take a vacation! She spent each day with Mom, reading to her, caring for her and our home. They had "spa day" and Christina did her hair and massaged and manicured her hands and feet. She helped Mom to entertain a few friends! I realized, in my absence, that the additional gift was providing Mom with a bit of autonomy. It is not an overstatement to say that the relief from daily care has bolstered our relationship. Instead of perpetual care and housework, I am available to chat and laugh and be a daughter once more! We are both living our lives in technicolor again.

Caroline is, by far, the best massage therapist to work on my battered body (I'm a full-time kickboxing instructor and a former bartender). I am a happy, regular client. I began visiting Caroline about 1.5 years ago. Through regular sessions with Caroline I learned how my body works and am able to take preventative measure to avoid chronic pain. Her skill in explaining anatomical issues and offering alternatives to common movements has allowed me to regain control of my body, fix my posture and start to work on improving my flat feet. Caroline works in a number of complementary disciplines, offering a full-range of massage therapy treatments (try the Ashiatsu Bar Massage, you will melt off the table). Her skill in identifying your body's issues and selecting the appropriate therapy is unmatched in my past experience with a half-dozen other massage therapists. Caroline has a complex understanding of mind/body health. She is incredibly intuitive, often identifying physical, mental or emotional issues before I've had time to process them. Her sessions are great for centering and grounding me. As a small-business owner, I operate on a high-volume of stress.
