They damaged several parts of my car, Including: staining the interior passenger side roof, passenger sun visor, interior passenger a panel, paint damage scratch, cracked my screen, adhesive on my paint, missing plastic cover for my front trunk, and a poorly installed windshield. They installed a windshield on my car two times. The first time they cracked my Tesla screen and didn't even tell me I Had to figure out. They wrote me a check for $809.25 for the $1545.05 worth of damage to my screen, because I told them just write me a check for the difference being I have to spend $735.80 with them anyway for my windshield replacement. And when I got the 2nd installation that's when all the other damages was caused and the windshield was so much worse. They are refusing to refund me, and they are saying they will replace it again for free. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car I just can't let them touch it again it's to much of a risk.

They were kind enough to pick us up from the hotel when the car was ready. I am always happy to support a local family-run business, but even happier when that family goes out of their way to help and to make sure you are taken care of. Classic Collision of Augusta is not the place. They repaired my Mercedes SL400 and made a complete mess of the job. On top of that, when I went to pick my vehicle up, it was dirty with overspray, and the bumpers and fenders were not fitting together properly (what I call dog ears). I left my car for another extended period for them to correct the problem, but when I got the car home two weeks later, the paint was horrible. You could see where they sanded the car, it had a mesh pattern underneath the clear coat where you could see where they sanded the car, and the clear coat had dubree in it that was not buffed out. The clear coat had an overall lemon-peel appearance and was a horrible job. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!! THEIR RATING SHOULD NOT BE 4.5, AND THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS FROM THE GM DOWN. THEIR RATING IS MISLEADING, AND THEIR WORK IS SUBSTANDARD. This is not what I am accustomed to from this company.

Now my roadside assistance keeps calling and my sunroof opens by itself when the car is off and they are ZERO help. Spoke to the tech that worked on the car and he told me to take it back to the dealership and tried to say it was a problem with the driver door and not the electrical panel that he literally had to remove and rewire. The two women that work the counter are super rude and pretty much said I'm completely on my own and they don't care despite the fact that the car was fine when I dropped it off. They were completely dismissive to our concerns and did not provide any sort of resolution to the problem. In fact they said it had nothing to do with them and hung up the phone.
