I was not disappointed! I have never in my life had someone ask me to describe my hair when making an appointment! When I arrived, Mariella sat down with me and asked me what I was looking for in a cut....she told me I would not be leaving with a haircut I didn't like....and she was 100% correct. She did exactly what I asked and I ABSOLUTELY love my hair! The salon atmosphere was very clean and comfortable.
