He kept having me come back for adjustments and said as soon as we get it where it needs to be we will connect to your phone. He was fired as told to me by second tech. She informed me that my hearing aid will not connect to my iPhone. So I have no way of controlling the volume nor the noise. I contacted the CEO by email to get my money back. No reply back. They scammed me! They take advantage of elderly, so BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! I lost my money and still no hearing aid. Nothing worse than a company that takes advantage of elderly on a limited income! Shame!!!

My brothers and I all live in different states around the US while our mom lives in assisted living & skilled nursing community on Signal Mountain. We visit her many times during the year but the closest brother is a 10 hour drive away ... so we can't exactly "hop on over" to check on things. Dr. Porter and the staff at Johnson Audiology have been so incredibly helpful in taking care of our mother's hearing needs while we remotely coordinate needed visits and deliveries. Dr. Porter personally delivered our mother's new hearing aids, then the hearing aids were lost, and Dr. Porter delivered a replacement set with clips to help prevent another loss. And although Dr. Porter conducts a monthly clinic at the retirement community in a dedicated office, she knows our mom has serious mobility issues, so Dr. Porter takes the time to make a "house call" to check up on our mother. We are so grateful to Johnson Audiology for making all the extra efforts to help care for our mom, especially since my brothers and I live far away in other states.

I was informed that the visit would be $50, and when would I like to make an appointment? I agreed, kept the appointment, and paid $50 as agreed. Then I get a bill. Called to ask why and the employee said that they just call to see if I have coverage, and that they would not have any idea how much the visit would cost. Not very helpful, and all I got was geez, sorry, we will bring that up in our next office meeting. Not happy with this at all. I would not return to this facility just because I was lied to on the front end.
