I was informed that the visit would be $50, and when would I like to make an appointment? I agreed, kept the appointment, and paid $50 as agreed. Then I get a bill. Called to ask why and the employee said that they just call to see if I have coverage, and that they would not have any idea how much the visit would cost. Not very helpful, and all I got was geez, sorry, we will bring that up in our next office meeting. Not happy with this at all. I would not return to this facility just because I was lied to on the front end.

The young woman I spoke with at check-out in the Hixson office seemed to have difficulty finding an appointment online but finally gave me an appointment for Wednesday, July 2 at 8:05. I repeated the day and time back to her and she confirmed it. When I arrived for my appointment in East Brainerd today, I was told Dr. Mynatt was not in the East Brainerd office today and that my appointment had been for Tuesday, July 1. I was rescheduled for SEPTEMBER. I was also told that I will likely be charged for the missed appointment, which was their fault, not mine. Lousy office staff. I would give zero stars but it's not an option.
