Their office is beautiful and very welcoming and the staff always greets you with a smile. It is a very patient-friendly and comfortable setting, which you don't find too often in a medical practice. I have had several family members go to Johnson Audiology for hearing issues and they have raved about the professionalism of the staff and effectiveness of their services and products. I knew that I had hearing loss for many years but did nothing about it. After seeing and hearing about Johnson Audiology I thought it was time to schedule a visit. My hearing test and consultation was awesome. Not only did I learn how bad my hearing was but I also got an education on the several different solution options I could consider. They did not "steer" me into any one solution but presented the options. i chose to try the Lyric hearing solution and have been amazed for the past 10 month's how great it is to hear so much better (and think about how much I missed for so many years). My husband and I both saw Dr Whitney Smith, a true professional who actually made the whole testing, prescribing, and fitting process fun. Her kindness and warmth made it feel as if we were visiting with a dear friend. Even though my hearing loss was moderate, her diagnosis and perfect correction of it is going to be life changing. If you have tinnitus, don't just assume a hearing aid will make it louder. And if your insurance doesn't cover the aids, there are third party discount programs that may help cover the cost. I contacted a hearing aid company (widex) because I had heard they will give u free hearing aids for one month trial with no strings attached. Widex called Johnson audiology and I had an appointment within days!! It was a very laid back and professional test and fitting. The staff is very nice making sure you are comfortable by offering water, coffee and the best chocolates anywhere! :). They were very patient in finding the best fit for me. After making sure I was happy, with one of the two aids I tried, I purchased them last week!
