It pains me to write this, since Hilda was so helpful last time, but yesterday we called her in the morning to see if she could notarize a document for us in the afternoon. She said we could come by between 1 and 2. We arrived at her office at 1:41, but the door was closed and locked. We called her and she told us she was on her way and would be there in 10 mins. We agreed to wait. 20 mins later, she still hadn't arrived. We were tired of sitting in the hallway and trying to keep our 2 yr old occupied while we waited, so we left. I don't know what happened, but it was a colossal waste of time. We ended up going with a traveling notary who came to our house and was right on time. read more

A+ service. Called for notary service quote. Parking available at rear of building. HC Financial Services is located upstairs.

Definitely do not come here for any translations. Took 2.5 hours to translate something I could have done myself in 45 minutes. Only came here because I needed the translation notarized. Pretty simple translations "name of party" "age" "city". read more

I went to this place and I needed fast service when I got there no one was waiting to be serviced which was a plus. Now I may have been lucky that no one was there on a Wednesday mid-evening. She gave me the website. Thanks I would send everyone I know to her for business she is the best so far! read more

I needed a notary ASAP for some bank paperwork. Hilda met us at the bank very quickly and was very patient while we waited for our banker to take us in. She is honestly the sweetest and a very affordable notary in Bellflower. My bank will even be keeping her card on file for their future customers. If you are looking for a notary do not hesitate to give her a call. read more

It was a pleasure to have met Hilda, she is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and so friendly. I had to get a document notarized and she was very helpful. She didn't just sign and dismiss me like others have done. She made sure my document was properly written and even gave me additional info for the next stage of my legal process, all at no extra charge. She was so nice and didn't rush me although she had other clients coming in. Also, I compared her pricing with many notary public around the area and hers was the most reasonable. I'm so glad I found her :) I highly recommend her! read more
