The "warranty" company was denying my claims for a new alternator after mine died. So, I agreed to have them repair the vehicle, and I would pay upfront. The worker who dealt with the warranty company found it odd I wasn't covered and went the extra mile to call them back again, even after I stated I would just pay up front. They asked the company to highlight on the contract where I wasn't covered, and they received a call back fifteen minutes later, getting another $400 off what I would have to pay.
