I then decided to take advantage of a special that they had and bought cryotherapy sessions over the phone at a discounted rate. The person who sold them to me completely neglected to tell me the expiration date at all, or that the sessions would expire rather quickly after I purchased them. I then had a few things come up, and a few months did go by, after which I decided to call and schedule a cryotherapy session (or try to, anyway). I was told, rather nonchalantly, that the entire package I bought had expired. I asked if there was any way the expiration date could be extended. The answer was a resounding no because they had gone over to a new booking system in the time between the sale and my call. No further explanation was offered. The whole tone of this conversation was basically "oh no, looks like you're out of luck and lost some money. So sad! Nothing I can do about it! Gotta go!" Granted, the employee didn't use those phrases, but that's what it felt like overall. They seem like a business that is excited to sell products or services but doesn't really care about customer service once the sale has been made. I wish this business had been more transparent about the fact that if you buy any of their packages or services during a sale, that the expiration date rolls around quite quickly. If I had known this, I probably wouldn't have bought any specials in the first place simply because I'm a person who has a lot going on and also travels for work. I won't be coming back.

The nice Dr. Bovenzi was no longer present as he insulted me by telling me ears were always uneven and by the way, my eyes were uneven, too. Now, I am already scheduling surgery with a reputable plastic surgeon for surgical repairs and a face lift, eye-lift, and laser to hopefully remove/improve the scaring. I explained I had seen two opthmalogical surgeons and needed someone more on the cosmetic side. They still had no idea. I gave up and hung up and then called back asking that the rep chat with the doctor and get a speciality or a name. No response. Truly shameful. From the look of this it appears that this group is running a high end sell shop. Your reps make the sale or 'pitch' but have no expertise. Doctors then only choose the most renumerative cosmetic procedure. Certainly your hippocratic oath to do no harm or perhaps guide those in need is missing. My guess is that there are a lot of unhappy outcomes. In short unless you are only 8 tersted in expensive cosmetic work dont come here. The business seems plagued by high staff turnover and employs unqualified people to manage operations. Their services are overpriced, and I didn't feel they delivered any value for the cost. When I tried to cancel, I was told I couldn't do so until completing three months and waiting an additional 30 days from the termination date. The policies are frustrating, and the overall experience was nothing short of awful. I'm genuinely baffled as to how this business is still operating. I would never recommend them. Save your money and look elsewhere!

It is expansive, clean, modern, and comfortable, in a beautiful pastoral setting near vail, colorado. It has virtually every modern treatment modality. They offer transcranial magnetic stimulation. They offer stellate ganglion blocks, they offer ketamine treatment and they offer EMDR. They even have horses. Sensory, deprivation chambers, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs, art therapy, a world class gym. Great food. I only interacted with the veterans and First Responders treatment crew, but they seemed Knowledgeable, genuinely caring and competent.
