    Worst customer service. Were local business owners in Branson, MO. Immediately after signing up…read moreour nightmare began. We were unable to dial 800 numbers, calls would drop, internet would go out everyday two to three times per day, phones would re-boot for no reason. We had multiple businesses indicate they would call our number and the phone would just ring and ring. Later we discovered one thing in common, just like us they too were using Tri-Lakes Internet. We had to threaten cancelation before receiving assistance. Tri-Lakes Internet blamed CenturyTel. CenturyTel came out and proved their service was good. After over a year of unsatisfactory service, we switched providers. When our current provider requested transfer of our phone number, They held our service for two months not allowing us to transfer. Approximately one year later we received a harassing phone call from them informing us of an unpaid balance. This was the first we had heard of this. After switching to our new company, we have not experienced a single problem and we still have CenturyTel as a base provider proving our problems to be a Tri-Lakes Internet system failure.

    Long story as to why I am no longer a Verizon customer, but my exact this store today was…read moreexceptional! Wayne was right at the door, and began to check what I needed right away. If Verizon had more employees like him, their company would be great. The company let me down badly, Wayne and his assistance helped ease a bit of the pain.

    Went in to replace an Apple 6 for a 90Y old grandmother we provide phone service for (to call for…read morehelp). Bought her the iPhone XR from last year for $700.00, $27.00 a month for 2 years added to the phone bill. Got excessively charged for a case, glass protector & upgrade fee to the amount of $210.00 (never a good sign when the receipt doesn't break down the individual charges, but just lumps it all together). The problem was two weeks later when I looked at the Verizon bill to make sure the new phone charge was correct and found they had tacked on nearly $80.00 of additional charges to the bill. An insurance charge for the phone we had specifically declined in the store and they decided on their own to increase all three lines to unlimited data. We never asked for a change in the data plan. We don't stream or play games and we have no need for the iTunes Store. The account is in the wife's name so I asked her to call. She spent nearly two hours on the phone, on hold for a long time at the start, finally got through to someone. It seems the Harrison store added the additional charges on their own. Yes, they get a commission. She filed a formal complaint with Verizon and the Harrison store. She was able to finally get the extra charges removed. (Big Kudos to the wife for the 2 hours dealing with Verizon and their mess). Bottom line; we don't plan to set foot in the Harrison Verizon store again. Will go elsewhere if necessary. Stay away unless you want to be overly charged for accessories and have additional charges added to your monthly bill that you never requested or approved of.
