A 3-hour round-trip from phone call to setting appointment to remedying my problem. Eddie himself picked up my call after 3 rings. What a wonderful experience! Today, I got great service on the replacement of a faulty fan/light fixture and the installment of a new ceiling fan located on the 2nd floor in a bedroom. I called HB Electric on Saturday 03/14/20 and left a detailed voice mail message that one of our GFCI outlets is not working and we have no power in both of our bathrooms. It's now Tuesday 03/17/20 and we still have not received a call back from HB...All they have to respond with to this post is "we never received this call" ...but they did. Even if you're extremely busy you can make a 30 second courtesy call (saying you're busy or backed up). We called Precison Electrical yesterday and Daniel came this morning and replaced the GFCI outlet and everything is working now. I highly recommend Precision Electrical.
