Josh carefully explained what they look out for when installing (full coverage, how burglars might think when attempting a break-in, how to position so as not flood light into neighbors home). I recently closed on a house and within 2 days of getting the keys and before we could even move in, we had our interior circuit breaker sub panel and exterior load center broken into. The thieves were looking to steal our GFCI breakers and even after securing the panel doors with heavy duty padlocks, the thieves simply cut into the load center latch and removed the lock. I called HB Electric and they were able to source a replacement latch and install a light to help prevent further theft.
