I went with Matthew and his team to wire up a dedicated circuit for a new hot tub. Great decision! They were prompt with a quote, came in with a great price and provided excellent service. The tech that came out (I believe his name was Josh) did a flawless job, knocked it out quickly and was very courteous and friendly. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I will definitely use them for any future electrical projects I may need. read more

We had a dedicated outlet installed in our garage and it turned out amazing. Looks great and the time it took was so quick. Amazing job and the cost to get this done was cheaper than all other companies we got quoted by. Looking to have them do all my electrical work in the future. read more

HB Electric was extremely reliable and knowledgeable with our on-going upgrade to our small bathroom. Our electrician Dominic was able to relocate a new light fixture, and install our new bathroom vent, which required some ingenuity. In addition, Dominic was helpful with advising us on what lighting would work well for our next project. I highly recommend HB Electric for your electrical needs. read more

Josh from HB Electric installed 3 Google Nest Floodlights around our home. What I loved about the service: 1. Josh carefully explained what they look out for when installing (full coverage, how burglars might think when attempting a break-in, how to position so as not flood light into neighbors home). Everything he said to me as a complete novice in security installation still made sense. I appreciated his guidance and flexibility throughout the process! 2. We have a newly constructed home and Josh identified three things that we should get fixed or we're missing from the home while we're still under warranty-- this went above and beyond his scope. He was simply being a good person. We wouldn't have noticed these things without his help. 3. Josh arrived right on time (literally on the dot) and he had already scoped out the area for the security we had installed (ring, ADT system). This tells me he came early and was fully prepared to talk through our very specific situation even before he stepped in the door. And on top of all of this he was so polite and patient! Phenomenal service. Would highly recommend them. read more

This was our first time using HB Electric and we were beyond impressed! We went through Matthew for all of the planning for the electrical for our outdoor kitchen island. He was very responsive and came out to do a site visit very quickly. Joshua came out to do the actual work and he was not only professional, but he was also meticulous and did an amazing job! We had them do all the electrical for our new outdoor kitchen and they did a phenomenal job. Both Matt and Josh were also SO kind!! We will definitely be using this company again in the future for any other electrical needs. Would definitely recommend! read more

Had HB electric come out to do some wiring runs, had them run new lines from the panel for a range and water heater. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced. Professional, courteous, showed up on time, and very knowledgeable. They answered a ton of questions I had about the current job and other potential future electrical work. I had a stuck fitting on a gas line and they even helped me get it loose. I will definitely use them again in the future for electrical needs and you should too! Their yelp reviews don't lie. We chose them for their good reputation and it was a choice I don't regret. read more

HB Electric has my strongest recommendation. Here's a list of reasons to support my decision - Subject Matter Expert (Knowledgeable ) - Honesty - professionals - outstanding customer service from the moment they walk into my house. - reasonable price compare to other companies. Highly recommended. Knowledgeable, good craftsmanship, and excellent value. I recently closed on a house and within 2 days of getting the keys and before we could even move in, we had our interior circuit breaker sub panel and exterior load center broken into. The thieves were looking to steal our GFCI breakers and even after securing the panel doors with heavy duty padlocks, the thieves simply cut into the load center latch and removed the lock. I called HB Electric and they were able to source a replacement latch and install a light to help prevent further theft. They responded quickly, were informative and helpful and quoted us for cameras while they were onsite. Josh is a great electrician and set us up quickly and efficiently. He really knows the trade and advised us on the options and work that was needed. Having a your home broken into is a very disconcerting thing to happen, however HB Electric helped us secure our home with a same day response time. We now have more peace of mind thanks to their work. Thanks again for your help. read more

Great experience from start to finish. Reached out on Yelp to get quotes and Matthew replied quickly - was able to get on the schedule within just a couple days! Josh showed up on time and finished the work efficiently - he's super knowledgeable and pointed out another issue as well, and he was able to fix everything in one visit (without charging me an arm and a leg for the additional fix - which I very much appreciate!). Our new dimmers and recessed light look beautiful and have greatly improved the vibe in our bathroom. Very happy, thank you HB Electric!! :) read more

Matthew responded quickly and provided information I needed to get a ChargePoint level 2 battery charger installed in our garage. Matthew also coordinated our permit as well. Permit is not required but we chose to do one. The price for the whole job was reasonably priced compared to other companies. The technician that installed our unit was professional and did a great job, made sure the site was cleaned after he was done. We Couldn't be happier and highly recommend Matthew and his company in installing your electrical car charger. This is definitely worth the investment. read more

Recently moved out to Murrieta and was looking for a new electrician and came across HB Electric. I called around to multiple places and HB Electric had the best pricing which was the biggest plus for me. I needed someone to install a Ring floodlight camera right outside my driveway and have it wired up to an outlet. Matthew was very prompt, professional, and detailed in answering my questions. I received my estimate and was set up with an appointment within a day or two. Their electrician Josh was very friendly, detail oriented, and kept the area he worked on clean at the end. Before starting, he suggested several different options about which area would be best to place the camera and have the least amount of impact on the house. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future work. read more

After having 3 different companies at my home that kept passing the blame to other possible causes of the problem, Josh from HB Electric was the only one that not only found the problem and fixed it but didn't give up. These are the electricians you've been looking for... Reliable, honest, up front pricing, and great quality. I have had HB Electric to my home twice now to perform a variety of upgrades from fan and light fixture installations to motion sensors and other work. Every time they come out they are quick, efficient, but they still pay attention to all of the little details so the work is done correctly. I have recommended them to friends and family who also hired them to perform both repairs and upgrades and they were delighted with the work and service. Not only are they the best electricians I've worked with, they are the best of any trade that I have worked with in this area. I am already putting together my next list of upgrades. What makes them even better is their up-front pricing for most jobs. I never have made a single phone call. I simply message them via Yelp with my list of tasks and they send me the exact price that will be charged... If there are any unknown variables they clearly communicate that in their response and include both the minimum and maximum price to ensure that I can make an informed decision. If they need more information like pictures they ask for them before arriving to ensure there aren't any surprises. Finally, I have compared pricing with other firms and although others may be a little cheaper they usually add the caveat of "the price will start at $99 for replacing X, Y and Z" to leave themselves room to raise the price once they start the job. Not HB Electric, the price is the price. Josh and Dominic have both been to my house and I would welcome them back any time. Your search for an electrician is over. HB Electric manages to deliver the trifecta of price, quality and speed. read more

I called HB Electric this afternoon because our breaker tripped and we couldn't get it to reset. HB electric is the best. Honest, trustworthy, on time, fair prices and top quality work. They put in 4 ceiling fans for us today. They were on time and worked non-stop from 8-1:00. They cleaned everything up and their work was emaculate. They even put a ceiling fan in downstairs and left no marks/holes in the drywall. None of the four rooms had electric boxes set up in the ceiling. William has been our electrician for around 10 years. He's been a big blessing to our family.
