Stay clear of this company - ask yourself why they keep changing their contractor's license number? well, it's because of the fraud and bad work and probably being sued - going with them 7yrs ago was the biggest mistake we ever made - nothing but problems with our system, which we found out from multiple solar companies that solar edge is just bad and then let's not forget that bad workmanship from this company - the owner is an asshole - their salesman Sal, oh he is really good, so be careful - their techs are awful - Right now, our system isn't working - we had an evaluation done on our system over a year ago to find out what is actually wrong and wow - so glad we have these photos and a report NOW - we've been waiting for this to fail AGAIN, to get a response from them and we now have it so it begins - So - inadequate wiring done, so our house can burn down - not enough invertors for the system we have - this is our 4th invertor that is not working now, they have replaced 3 and supposedly under warranty - well guess what - solar edge has no record of warranty repair / replacements parts for our house - we found out they are putting used equipment back on our house (since the first fail within 3 months starting 7years ago!) and they don't even clear it so you can see the history on that used equipment, that we now have a copy of that too - that's how stupid they are - we have photos of burnt wires where there was a fire in the box - and the last time they were here over a year and a half ago when they were fixing something, the invertor I think, who knows, they high tailed it out of here after they opened that box, the monitoring system has been down over a year, so we have had no idea our solar wasn't working until I got a 1k bill last month .. June, I had a 224-dollar bill, our bills are all over the place so I didn't think much about it because its been they way for 7yrs, one month I don't have a bill next month I have one, but a 1k bill - yep system is down - oh did I tell you that 50% of the places they put a screw on the roof I have a leak? NO one will touch the system up there to fix the roof! NOW they want to charge us to come here and fix their shitty workmanship and the system - NOT - I will never give them a dime ever, but I can't say the same about them - RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE - if they show up selling solar edge, run, solar edge sucks, just ask a dozen other solar companies they will tell you the same thing and give you the low down on underline energy concepts - these people are con artists - they use to have more bad reviews; I wonder what happened to those? hmmm - When you read the bad reviews, you see the same pattern, same complaints - and they are true !

Our agent who sold us the products filled up with whatever could get her that commission. In my opinion. The one factor I do remember is her saying I will never have to pay Edison ever again. In fact she said Edison will end up owing money. Because all this energy that we are getting from solar that we will be feeding Edison back all the unused energy. What a bunch a crap! I've been paying Edison for 12 years. About $150 monthly plus my finance that I got from the solar about $170. Do you see any savings? Cause I sure don't. After twelve years my mother in law wanted to get solar. So I go to her house to convince her not to get it. While the agent was there. But you know what that sale agent was pretty honest and said she didn't need it. Then he said to me that he will come to my house to look at my property. I was skeptical but I went along with it. So? Guess what? He said the company sold me a small inverter for my house. I was glad he told me that but then he was trying to sell me a plan, which I turned him down immediately. I ain't being sucker again. I thanked him and called my sale agent to let her know the situation. Believe it or not the same sale agent is still there. I asked her nicely what she can do for me since the product she have sold me was costing me money. Well let me tell you. The office secretary told me that's she's been paying Edison also for years and that the way it works . I was like what in the tarnishing? I don't think so. My agent never contacted me except by texting and has never been heard from again. So, today I'm giving this review. Now I'm looking for a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit. I signed a solar agreement with Solar Energy Partners in July and paid more than eleven thousand…read moredollars in early September. From that point forward there was no progress at all even though the company repeatedly told me everything was on schedule. Critical steps were ignored for months, including contacting the roofer and moving the project forward. I was not informed when their roofer withdrew from the job and I had to discover that myself after continued follow up. These delays destroyed the project timeline and removed my ability to receive the thirty percent federal tax credit that the company repeatedly used to sell the project. This tax credit was a major financial incentive that was lost entirely because of their inaction. The project manager who supervised my project with them offered a full refund in writing on Dec 1. Despite this the company later attempted to charge me a penalty fee even though they performed no work at all. Every part of this project failed because of their delays and their lack of communication, not mine. I am now having to pursue legal action simply to recover my own money. That alone should tell you everything about the way this company handles customers. Every statement here is documented in writing. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

I logged in and saw one panel that was black-sent an email inquiring about it on New Years Day-the next morning, the company had already inspected my system and ordered the new micro inverted and once it arrives they will call to schedule the install.
