Can not say enough good things about this company. I am a business owner. They are a ten out of…read moreten. They had complete experience and know every end of the business. They are efficient and they are even courteous. After I paid for the job, I was warmly thanked by the owner and founder. Every employee was warm and friendly. They valued the fact that I chose their company. They finished the job the same day. When I first asked for an estimate, the owner came out to see my driveway and talk with me, a few hours after my call. He scheduled the work in two weeks. I have a number of houses and this is the second time I hired Austin Conrete Construction. Their work was done without any problems or mistakes. If I had a hundred properties, I would hire them for every one of them. Their price is also reasonable.

I called Juan to see what our options were for making it more attractive and usable. He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but he had good suggestions for improving the look, the leveling, and drainage which was also important for us. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. That said, I would recommend you get a quote from Juan if you need concrete work.

Joey came to our home to discuss all the project details personally, and he was incredibly helpful afterward, answering all my follow-up questions via text while providing clear diagrams of the process and renderings. His communication is crystal clear throughout the entire process. When the job began, I was impressed that Joey and his team were the ones on-site, rather than a group of unknown contractors. Their work was impeccable, and they were consistently respectful of our property, always leaving the site in excellent, clean condition. He also sent me status updates by text messages, including videos. Upon completion today, the area was left spotless--everything looks perfect and just needs 24 hours to cure. I also appreciate the 10-year warranty they offer. The payment process was broken down into easy-to-understand steps, and the online system was very convenient. I would definitely use them again for future projects!
