Very happy with the speed at which he worked to help me with my problem and I'm impressed by their ability to work around my schedule, thanks for helping me save the bees! He almost crashed into me over it and was laying on the horn and throwing a expletive fit, so I just went to the next row back and parked there instead. Maybe they're only nice when they make a sale or something. I'm not sure if it was because I was younger or a female or maybe just was there but the guy seems very miserable in their life and I hope their day gets better tomorrow because yikes. I've never made a Yelp review before, so me writing this should say a lot about what happened today. I'd be embarrassed if I were him.

I sent him a picture of the lawnmower that needed care which wasn't starting after sitting for more than 30 days. When the owner came out, he provided all the information I needed to help inform me on what not to do in the future to avoid the lawnmower from not starting. So not only did he give me a fair price do the job well but also inform you what not to do in the future. I have the option of dropping off the lawnmower at his business or him coming to do a home visit, although it was more for him to come to the home visit it was worth it in my opinion. If you need any type of lawn care as well as maintenance on lawn equipment, I would definitely recommend this place to handle those needs.

I finally called Corporate and they got hold of the guy that ran the San Marcos facility. I paid for the parts, picked them up a few days later, wrong parts. My mechanic called him. He said he would send him an email, no response. Called several times later, nobody there. Took the parts back and they gave me a refund voucher for 50% of the cost of the parts. I sent a copy of my refund along with the amount I paid to remittance@nhmh.com, no response. Still waiting for the response and will probably will obviously have to file a credit card dispute. Called PAPE in Escondido, they ordered the correct part, received them within 24hrs and my mechanic had them installed the next day. If they were the only place to buy Catipillar parts I would never buy another Catipillar forklift.

I've rented stuff from various rental places including Home Depot (The worst!). This place has…read morebeen incredible. If I have a tool out for an extra hour, they don't make a big deal about it. I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!

I was given Eric Todd's name by his associates, because he is the manager. Well if he is your manager, you are in big trouble. I would suggest cutting your loses. I left 3 messages for Mr. Todd that went unanswered. For one month I tried to get Mr Todd to return my phone calls. Once I did speak to him, I provided him with the information he requested that same day. Again, after not hearing back about our billing issue, I started calling again. No return calls. I spoke with one of his associates, to explain that I could not get a hold of Mr Todd or that he would not return my phone calls. Finally after leaving 4 messages, I caught him in his office. He had past my issue off to a colleague, only to find out he did not provide them with ALL the paperwork I had provided him. Who does that? It now has been over a month and I still have not from Mr. Todd. What am I suppose to do?
