He showed up with his crew and they took care of this enormous undertaking of cutting down and removing all of the debris from these two old trees. All went as planned and we were 100% satisfied with the way the job went from start to finish! Professional, efficient, hard working crew! They were successful in removing the gigantic dead limb from a separate tree that loomed over the carport, as well as getting rid of shrubbery roots underneath so I could build my fence. They were kind enough to haul away all of the yard waste, but left me some good cut wood to burn in my fire pit. All of this hard work was done within just a couple weeks after I reached out during a busy holiday season, and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Southfork Tree next time I need some help.

These guys were professional, hard working, and so efficient. They cleaned up everything when they were done- seriously, zero evidence that they had been in my backyard! Most importantly, they were respectful and courteous when they spoke to me- no condescending tones or annoyance when I asked questions. I also want to mention that Clipper's communication was incredible. I requested a quote through their (easy-to-use) website and received a prompt follow-up email letting me know how far out they were scheduling estimates. The day that I was scheduled to get an estimate, Clipper called me to let me know when the Arborist was on the way. The quote came via email with interactive links to accept the proposal online and it also included an option to create an online account with them. It was a professional, streamlined process. From start to finish, my experience with Clipper was awesome.

Their quote was the lowest for the services quoted amongst the Webster approved companies we contacted. We offered to use our neighbor's driveway for access for vehicles but they shared it wasn't needed. There was a lot of rain prior to the service. They did a good job with the tree but destroyed our yard with tire tracks and the bobcat sunk the concrete in front of our house so it's not safe. I reached out to them immediately and they said we should call the city of Webster. I spoke with the street superintendent of Webster and he looked at it personally. He confirmed it was absolutely and clearly the fault of the tree company's equipment. Calling back Jackson, they shared they aren't responsible. I will not use nor recommend them again. I'll spend my money elsewhere and will share with my neighbor too.
