We hired Dane and crew to remove a tree and stump from our backyard and to deep rake our entire lawn so it would be ready to seed. They did a fantastic job!! I have heard a lot about other companies and individual contractors not doing a very good job cleaning up after tree removal so I didn't expect too much. WOW was I surprised at the job they did!! They did such a thorough job of cleaning up the branches, twigs etc. that our neighbor even complimented on the job they did! Dane and his crew were all so polite and would make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted them to do. Dane explained everything they were going to do before doing it and we discussed any changes that had to be made. We have a fence right next to the tree that had to come down and it sustained no damage!! They had to remove a section of our fence to get the equipment in the yard and it was all put back perfectly. The lawn looks fantastic and I was able to get seed down right after they left. It needed a lot of work and the guys that raked/cleaned it up did a wonderful job!! I asked for an estimate on taking out two shrubs, in addition to what they were already doing, and thought they would have to come back for that. Much to my surprise, they took the shrubs out too!! I can't express how impressed I am with this company. My husband and I often commented to each other how hard and fast they all worked. Dane and his crew are absolutely amazing! I had watched them previously take down a tree in my neighbors yard and was very impressed! Not even a week later, we had a huge branch break off our tree and fall on our fence. I decided to give him a call and he came out the very next day and removed it! It was pouring down rain and he and his crew still made sure to clean up the yard before they left. Since we discovered that the tree was rotted out, we knew it was time for it to come down. We didn't even call anybody else for a bid because we knew we wanted him to do it! I was very pleased with Dane and Thebeau Outdoor services. When I called for an estimate Dane was able to come in a very short amount of time, gave us several options and prices for each option. He was very knowledgeable and was able to save a large tree that we thought we were going to lose. He and his team showed up on time , did exactly what he said would be done and the clean up was phenomenal. He even removed some yard debris as a bonus! Dane and crew (THEBEAU OUTDOOR SERVICES) arrived at 8:55 this morning (Thursday, 6/23) and finished cutting lower limb and safely moved upper limb to ground by 9:35. VERY PLEASED with work! Good communication between Dane and his 2 workers, safely moved limb to ground even though gas meter and brand new AC unit near area. Would highly recommend this company for any tree/limb work. Companies that did not return phone calls and or emails will be receiving a letter from me voicing my disappointment in their business practices. I hired Dane and his crew to remove two large oak trees from my property that were very close to my house. Have used Thebeau Outdoor Services multiple times and they do a great job. They cut down a 25-30 foot ash tree on our lake and did an outstanding job. Nothing got into the lake and they cleaned everything up as it was before the tree came down. Dane and his guys have done excellent job the three times they have taken trees out for me the first two were damaged and very tall over three stories they removed them and cleaned off the steep roof and got rid of all the saw dust.
