He said that since it was raining, he wanted to reschedule and that he had meant to call me. So we rescheduled and he took measurements and said he would get back to me with an estimate. That was close to 2 weeks ago. I figure this company does not want my business. That's fine but the descent thing to do is to call back and let me know that you could not do the job.
