The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything. And he properly diagnosed my computer (there was nothing wrong with the hard drive) and properly performed the fixes I had requested in the first place (which the other place totally bolluxed).
