I would definitely recommend this service company. Very trustworthy and honest. When I'm back in the area and am having computer problems this will be my first stop!

Review for my dad Greg Rita:…read more Two days ago I had my business hard drive crash. The harddrive was fried and not able to turn anymore. I called around and no one could recover my data off of the hard drive on Kauai. I was looking at having to input months of data that wad lost. I contacted Josh. He discussed options with me and said that he would try to recover my data. He contacted me as soon as he was able to get my data making my stress level decrease. Josh was able to figure out how to get my data, update me to the latest software, and get my business back up and running within 48 hours. Josh saved me hours of work, decreased my stress and was very affordable compared to other offers here on Kauai. I am very thankful for his work and level of professionalism and care for his customers needs. I look forward to continue to keep working with Josh in the future. I highly recommend Josh to anyone who sees the blue screen of death pop up on their computer. I am giving him 5 stars because there isn't an option for 6.
