The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything. I called DSI for Help!!! And he properly diagnosed my computer (there was nothing wrong with the hard drive) and properly performed the fixes I had requested in the first place (which the other place totally bolluxed).
