The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything. I would definitely recommend this service company. Very trustworthy and honest. When I'm back in the area and am having computer problems this will be my first stop!

And he properly diagnosed my computer (there was nothing wrong with the hard drive) and properly performed the fixes I had requested in the first place (which the other place totally bolluxed).
